Buy a laptop

Perhaps a little pricey but well worth the money as they operate effortlessly and I am never concerned about malwear and other intrusively 'bugs.' This laptop is light weight and does everything a desktop can do. Great purchase

Expensive for the specs you pay.

Besides my day to day usage, I use the Macbook primarily for developing software. The battery holds up a long time, the performance is good. My only beef is that the new version has charging ports (or USB-C) on the left only. Apple has reduced the number of USB-C and brought back again the headphone jack (why!!). The keys/keystrokes in this version feel different than my last one. Other than that, no significant difference in the previous version.
