I love this computer. The battery lasts the entire day. The computer does not get hot. The processor speed is lightning fast.

I absolutely love my MacBook Pro. I did a trade-in for a needed update. This laptop is perfect for me. It is much faster and smoother. I love the grey color. It is very bright and a perfect size for me to use and travel with. I am very happy with my purchase from Best Buy. The staff did an amazing job helping me with my purchase also.

Poor design. There’s only two thunderbolt ports and a headphone port. One port would be needed for the charger. Leaving only one for other input devices. There’s no USB or HDMI.

My old MacBook Pro's battery failed, so I replaced it. That battery lasted for about a year after which the computer quit responding normally. So, I replaced that computer with a new MacBook Pro which is essentially the same with the addition of a control bar at the top of the keyboard for sound, light, other items and quite bit faster overall. Much cleaner solution than changing batteries and quite a bit more efficient.

Very satisfied with this MacBook. Love the touchbar and very fast processor!

The laptop is just perfect. Great size and it is not heavy.

After less than a month of operation, it is totally locked up. After 2 trips to Best Buy and working with the Geek Squad, it remains locked.

I was on budget, I didn't want to spend to much and I came across this laptop and the price and performance, I couldn't pass it. I brought it as an open box mint condition.

Great deal. Like new and it came right on time if not earlier. This laptop is exactly what I hoped for and service was perfect. The M2 is fast and a powerhouse for video editing.

It's exactly what we expected. It replaced a 2012 MacBook. What a difference! You should see the smile on my wife's face! It's light, the battery life is off the charts, and the purchase price was more than reasonable considering it was an M2 with added memory! It was a Pre-Black Friday sale purchase.

So far so good! I love shopping with bestbuy! The battery is definitely much much better !
