Smooth. I know some people have their opinions about refurbished devices but i actually recommend this. The computer works just like brand new.

No to refurbished

Bought 2 for Xmas. Both had major problems within couple weeks. Returned both WONDERFUL customer service in the returns. Replaced both. Probably won’t buy refurbished again
