I loved this laptop but realized it was probably best for me to upgrade to the 15" Apple version since I do mostly graphics on it and liked the touchbar feature. Bestbuy had no problem with returning it and sold me the 15" which I am VERY happy with.

I've been a Windows user all my life, so when the opportunity presented itself to upgrade, I thought of giving this MacBook Pro a shot. Now, the only heavy application I ever run on this MacBook is Chrome, and heavy because I have multiple tabs open simultaneously (because of the nature of my work). The base of the machine heats up 15-20 minutes after use, then cools down after a while and then heats up again. Now, one might argue that it's because of the number of tabs in Chrome that I have open simultaneously, to which I'll respond by saying that I have never ever faced this issue of overheating on a new Windows machine i.e. not before 3-4 years of use. For this reason, this model did not meet my expectations, though MacBook was highly recommended by my peers over a Windows machine. The issue could be with this model only, so if you're fixated on giving your money to Apple, then I'd suggest you look at other MacBook models and/or google the problems I've mentioned above for further clarification.

An awesome sized Apple product that packs a powerful punch and gets things accomplished just like a desktop.

The Apple Mac book pro was purchased for my granddaughter who is in the sixth grade. She needs this for her schoolwork. She loves the product and uses it for all of her schoolwork everyday. She will be able to use it through high school.

The MacBook has gotten lighter and much more powerful over the last few years. Very happy with it.

I bought it for college to use to take notes, search the web, do presentation and stuff like that. So far I’ve only been watching videos because school hasn’t started yet, but it works great!

We purchased this MacBook Pro for our granddaughter who will be a senior this fall. This laptop will serve her well into her senior year and the following 4 years of college. It has all the features she will need as well as apple care for protection.

Purchased this Mac Book Pro for my daughters first year of college. She said that it works very well for all of her needs, including the full Photo Shop program that she downloaded. She also mentioned that it is extremely fast. Thank you, George

I’ve always been a MacBook Pro user. My old one went out and I bought this one. It’s everything I could have asked for and more! My only complaint is that they took the hdmi and regular USB ports away. They only have the small ports.

I purchased my MacBook Pro after my previous Mac finally gave out. Excellent replacement, and the service folks at Best Buys provided outstanding customer service, especially in salvaging the data from my old Mac and transferring it to the new.

not a fan of the size but that’s all I could afford. I wanted the 15 inch. I’m still learning my MacBook Pro. I bought this after my ASUS died after a year so decided enough of windows and got this. Takes a while to get used to. I miss my touch screen in my other computer that died. I do like that my MacBook works with all my other Apple devices. I haven’t had any issues so far so that’s good. Battery life is amazing. I use it only for college school work.

Although this model is slightly heavier than the new MacBook air, it is better than the new MacBook Air in almost every aspect, except for a newer keyboard version. The small price difference is totally worth it, if you want/need to be in Apple EcoSystem. Unfortunately, the current MacBook Pro machines are not as flexible as previous generation: no MagSafe charging, very few ports - and all of them are USB-C. I would argue they no longer are worthy of the title "Pro".

As usual with an Apple product I am not disappointed in the quality or performance of this. It does exactly what I need without the annoying junk running in the background slowing everything down that you get with windows laptops.

My fiancée ruined my MacBook Air so I went in to buy a new laptop. They had the newest MacBook pros on sale, so I bought it. Works great, the processor is extremely fast, I’ve had no issues at all. Phenomenal product highly recommend

I have always loved Apple Products, and this MacBook Pro continued to add to my love for the company. The space gray finish is super fresh, laptop is super fast. USB C ports have not been an issue, I did though purchase one accessory, a USB C to A

Bought this computer for my daughter to use the rest of high school and college.

Bought this for Da kid to use in college. A little pricey but she loves it, only she ever had was Malware when she opened link on bad e-mail. IT guys fixed that for her. I tried to like it but platform weird to me vs Windows PC.

Bought for my mom and she loves it! She’s so amazed at how well this computer runs compared to all her past non Apple computers. Quality computer for sure. It’s on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend
