I love everything about this MacBook Pro. It is a replacement to my previous MacBook Pro. This new laptop is the perfect companion to my iMac and iPad. I am impressed with the picture and sound quality. I'm still learning the new features - and enjoying seeing what this new computer can do. It is not my last Mac, and it will not be the last.

Bought this laptop for myself last Christmas and love it!

This is my first time buying a Best Buy open-box Mac. The only thing that was different from the factory sealed model is the tape on the box being reapplied and the plastic wrap not being on the actual computer during unboxing. Everything else is the same. Love the four USB-C ports vs. two on the standard 13 Pro model. If you are skeptical go ahead and just buy one.

I am really enjoying my new MacBook Pro! It does everything I need it to. I find Macs easy to use. I would buy this computer again in a heartbeat. The screen is wonderful. I am still getting used to a smaller screen but the picture is wonderful. I have been using this laptop for a month now and I can not say enough good things about it.

I had never used an Apple MacBook, but I was obviously aware of the global brand reputation that Apple enjoys. Also, has a lifelong Microsoft Windows user, I was tired of Windows OS's functionality and willing to give Mac OS a try. So far, so good; no issues so far. Yes, I paid a premium for the Apple brand, but at least the brand is trustworthy, its products reliable.

Love my new MacBook. Only downside it doesn’t have built in USB ports, and card readers like my 2015 MacBook does. Had to buy a separate hub to hook anything up.

A great device for running RAM heavy applications for Graduate School.

The reason I bought this Mac is because there is no other PC laptop that has the build quality. If you plan to use this with the Mac OS, it is an excellent machine. However, if you plan to install Windows like I did, it leaves a lot to be desired. The screen colors were way off. I tried updating the driver, but the monitor was only recognized as a generic one. In addition, it took a long time to return from "Sleep" mode. Also, there is no way to swap the fn and ctrl keys and I missed having a delete key. I really wanted to love it, but unfortunately, it does not work for Windows users.
