Could not get machine to initialize with Time Machine; currently working with Best Buy and Geek Squad to find a working solution.

This computer worked great up until you downloaded a game such as The Sims 4. Once that happened, the laptop began to glitch and since then gave me problems with basic commands. Not sure if it was the laptops issue or not proper care while in the hands of best buy or what but I was not satisfied.

Had it for 3 years now and it still works the same as if it was brand new!! Fast laptop with many cool features! Perfect size for travel and work purposes.

They want me to turn over both computers for a week to do a simple data transfer. I can not do that. It is just crazy that I finally bought an apple for work and can't use it. Should have went though Apple. I am stuck

Bought this product was told item was new with no missing parts. Computer was scratched, not in original box, was not geek squad certified as indicated and missing charger

To many problems doesn't allow me to sign in been trying for a month or more alread.

Doesn’t allow for you to game on it very well Iv found some games down download because of the software and Iv had to get it fixed twice by apple for hardware issues. Plus it was hard to get used to using. But was overall a nice computer.

It's size makes it easy to travel with and transport back and forth to work. It's good for email, social media, and research. Two issues are that the computer runs hot when multiple windows are open and the fan runs a lot The second issue is with the trackpad - while this is a 13 inch computer it has the trackpad of a larger model making it easier to hit with your hands as you type. Because of this the cursor hops all over the page making it difficult to type out papers as sentences move to different paragraphs. I would recommend for simple use but if you use the computer to write documents you'd be better off with larger model.

I wasn’t sure at first about the seamless line for volume and brightness. However, over time i enjoyed using it and was different from others. Worked efficiently.

Everything was absolutely fine with the store staff. Extremely helpful and very specific with the information provided about the device.

I just bought my MacBook Pro yesterday, and can't believe I spent this kind of money on it. I moved from a MacBook Air to this MacBook Pro and love everything about it. I love the size of the 13 in because my Air was a 11 in. I'm still getting familiar with it. Can't wait to really enjoy and get all of my small business ventures started on this computer.

The battery is not good. It won't last long. Have to re charge offen.
