This is the most expensive laptop I’ve ever purchased, but it is totally worth the price. I am a full time student In multimedia arts and a gamer, and this thing can handle it all!

This is a replacement MAC purchase. It is a wonderful pc. I have both the MacBook and the ProAir. Both are good but this one is definitely worth the price difference.

My daughter upgraded to this MacBook Pro from a previous generation Mac. She loves this new Mac. The touch bar is a cool feature. As of now, no issues with the MacBook Pro.

Great computer for a great price. We needed a laptop with more storage and this definitely fit the bill. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pro with more storage.

Replaced my 2011 with this one. I got an excellent condition out-of-box one for $350 below the original price. Let me tell you, I am very pleased. I mean, going from an apple to an apple wasn't much of a change, but there are a lot of new features. For one, the graphics are a lot sharper, the fingerprint scanner is a nice touch, and oddly, I just feel more capable some how. I highly recommend this one, and of course, Best Buy. Get it out of box if you can. No need to buy a brand new one.

Great sounding speakers. Upgrading from a 2012 MacBook Pro. I was on the fence about the touch bar, but it works well. Upgrade as much prior to purchasing though.

Expensive but worth it. Previous laptop was destroyed, bought this one and all the data downloaded from the cloud. Nothing was lost (except a couple thousand $$).

I purchased this for my daughter who’s starting college this fall. She said it does everything she needs and then some and that it’s super fast!

Was concerned about switching from Microsoft to iOS but it was an easy enough transition. You can decide to use fingerprint which works great and fast performance.

I got the student deal on this purchase for my daughter for her college laptop. It runs super fast with with the 16BG of memory. We will always be Apple customers.

Most recent purchase was an Apple Laptop for our daughter. It’s been a great purchase and she has enough storage for volumes of pictures!

I in the market to replace my old MacBook Pro (2010). Wanted one with a lot more storage, the old one was very full and very slow. New one works great.

Bought as a graduation gift for college. It has exceeded expectation. The sales associate was fantastic, and patient while i made sure it was the right model.

Computer becomes too hot as soon as you turn it on. It continues working but it’s annoying; very annoying. I’ve read some reports in the Internet and it seems that it’s a common problem in this model. I hope that the problem will fade away with the passing of time.

Everything about this Mac Book is phenomenal. I have zero complaints and I got used to the touch bar very quickly and love the modernness of the whole system.

I was a little hesitant about the touch bar but it really does come in handy. It has plenty of dynamic uses. Great laptop overall.

This is my second MacBook Pro, and I especially like the magic Touch Bar. I had my old Mac since 2007, and I needed an upgrade. So glad I bought this!

Only issue which shouldn’t exist in a 18 hundred bucks laptop: need quite a a few seconds to wake up from sleep, way longer than my MacBook Air 2018, sometimes the monitor appears blurry for 1-2 seconds. No other problems, liked the versatile Touch Bar and the build quality!
