I love the MacBook Pro!! I had the older model and I really liked that one too, but the toolbar features are so great! I keep learning new things about my Mac that make my life easier! The clarity and storage capacity is great also! Highly recommend!

I REALLY wanted to love this machine. My trusty old 2015 Macbook Pro is still chugging along but the new Mac design has given me laptop envy. I held off until the keyboard issues were fixed. As soon as the new model went on sale, I excitedly scooped it up. I returned it last night. My primary complaints: 1) The fan. I wasn’t pushing this machine any harder than my 2015. The fans on my 2015 were ever audible. The 2020 fans were audible frequently. And 2) The heat. My 2015 was always cool to the touch. The 2020 frequently ran super hot. Which is probably why the fans always kicked on. I guess I’ll keep running my trusty old 2015 until the Silicon chip comes out.

Great lap top and Apple made transferring from the old one to this one a snap. Took some time to upgrade operating system to latest because of my internet speed. So much faster with new computer. Thinner, lighter. You need to buy cable to adapt to the new connectors.

I replaced a 2015 MacBook with this one. Love the improved specs, and larger hard drive. The Touch Bar is really cool and changes options according to what you are doing. The laptop is quiet and super fast. This one has the Intel chip in it as opposed to the M1 chip.

I bought this laptop about 2 years ago and use it daily since I work at home. No slowdowns, no issues, still as fast as I bought it on the first day. Fast and reliable. It’s small and great for traveling.

This PC is good at just about everything, but it it has a hefty price point. I don't normally buy apple products, but I saw this on sale, and Razer really let me down with their latest laptop, so I decided to try a MAC book for work instead. So far it has been pretty great, and not too many complaints. My only complaint for this is the lack of any kind of dedicated GPU, as the case can get pretty toasty if you start any kind of rendering on the laptop.

I had a MacBook Pro back in 2008 that lasted for years, finally got this new one. I love the Touch Bar, much improved from the demo I saw a few years back, glad I waited for this generation. 16MB of ram makes the machine very efficient! I will enjoy this piece of machinery.

This is the first new laptop I have ever bought. I bought it because my previous laptop ran out of storage space. I am taking all online classes so I need a machine that is fast, light and easy to use. This fulfills all those requirements.

This is the first time I've owned a MacBook. But all my friends who have older MacBooks have never had this problem that I am experiencing currently. I do not know if I just have a faulty item or not. The laptop gets superhot from simply being on Safari and having multiple windows open. Now this is a 16GB RAM and 1 tb memory. You would think this would not happen????? I bought this for music purposes. I have not been able to test out how recording will go on this device. But the fact that it Is running super hot just by doing the basics is unpromising, The ventilators are loud too! I am testing it out for another week. if the problem upholds, I am bringing it back to the store since I can still return it. But I see multiple people having the same problems and the other half is not. Either we are really unlucky, or Apple has a lot of faulty MacBooks out here.

This is my 4th MacBook Pro to date and they just get better and better. Did have to purchase a dock to continue to use all my other devices but that was to be expected. Performance and new touch bar is outstanding, would highly recommend purchase.

Great laptop. Decided to upgrade my laptop. Had previous Mac and it is still going strong. This is more compact and very easy to use. Battery life is excellent. Pairs with all your other Apple devices. A little pricey, but worth it.

The 2020 13" MacBook Pro with 10th gen processor 16GB memory and 1TB SDD is a solid / premium laptop for real work up to 4k video editing. Coming from a late 2016 Macbook Pro, the difference is enormous. 3x faster, 4x more disk space, much better keyboard, and touchID built in. Rock-solid physical build. I'm certain it'll be a viable work platform for the next 3-4 years, and as usual Apple will support it fully. The 'misses' are: no touch-screen, no FaceID, and a touch heavy for the screen size these days. If I could have waited to see the ARM-based version in a year, I might have. That said, its exactly the tool I needed now.

This was a gift to my granddaughter because she graduated from high school this year and will be using this MacBook Pro in college. She requested it and is very pleased with it. I was happy to be able to make her dreams come true.

Amazing upgrade from my last macbook pro that lasted 8 years. Didn't realize how much I'd love the touch-bar feature. Operates swiftly and the warmer screen lighting is a lot easier on the eyes than my previous model.

I wanted an i7 but it was not as heavily discounted and it was not yet available at BB. I researched the benchmarks and besides everyone saying the difference was small, the numbers for the 2020 version were over most previous generation i7s. I use virtual machines and performance in multithreaded environment is important for me. I don’t regret it. Not as fast as mi 2018 Mac mini but runs Win10 better than most actual windows machines I’ve tested. USB and Bluetooth performance are solid. The Mac it replaced is ten years old. I expect this one to last even longer running the latest software available. Very glad I bought this.

We live in the Apple environment and this device makes the experience very pleasant. Love the control bar. SWAP is great. Screen and size are just right. We amp things up with a dock and additional screen. Super happy

An Excellent piece of tech! Pristine graphics and the new touch bar feature IS the thing of the future, it is especially very helpful for when I’m producing music with apples well priced Logic Pro x music software!

My wife loves her macbook pro. It's fast. It has plenty of storage (1TB). She can teach her online courses without any issues. I'm not an Apple fanatic but this laptop made me want one for myself.

Probably the last intel MacBook Pro 13”. I upgraded from a late 2011 MacBook Pro, so this is a lot faster and thinner. The thunder bolt 3 ports are very fast. I like being able to unlock the computer with my Apple Watch.

My wife loves it! She previously had the 2012 MacBook Pro and it doesn’t even come close to the new MacBook Pro. It’s super fast. Beautiful and sleek design. Best of all, it ha plenty of RAM and storage!
