This is the final step before getting an Apple Silicon MacBook Pro. The performance is considerably less than that of the M1 but I purchased this for compatibility with old Parallels installs and x86 app support. This computer also supports eGPU's thru Thunderbolt 3, which is an awesome perk! It is visibly identical to the M1 MacBook Pro with only under the hood differences. It still performs well being a 10th Gen Intel, but it is without question that the M1 runs circles around this unit. Still though for the compatibility and great performance for what it is, I can still recommend this unit!

Purchased for my daughter's College Studies. Great speed and capability. Meets the demands of college courses extremely well. The 13 inch is perfect size for a student.

I am very happy with my Mac Book Pro. I had one before this and it lasted me 7 years. Decided to get another. Very fast and portable. Still learning about all its features. Wish it had USB port.

I had the same 4 usb ports 2019 model and liked it very much, but couldn't resist the temptation to update to the 2020 model, especially after some keys on the 2019 version started getting stuck. The new MacBook has the normal keyboard which is a joy to use. I would also get rid of the touch bar entirely and invest in some other cool features. But at least the "escape" key is physical now. An update form 8 to 16 GB ram memory was a pleasant one too. Otherwise, the performance is the same as the 2019 model, but I would strongly recommend to update if possible since the butterfly keyboard will eventually fail. Apple products are almost perfect, so there isn't much to critique:)

Just decided to replace my 5yr old MacBook to a new one with more memory. I waited for a good sale and got $200 less than the regular price. Apple MacBook Pro -13" has always performed perfect for me.

Easy to use. I’m upgrading from a 5 year old 15” MacBook Pro laptop so things are very different but familiar. I’ve adjusted pretty quickly and I’m happy with the speed, monitor and keyboard.

Upgraded from my late 2009 (yes it lasted that long) MacBook Pro. Huge speed and picture upgrade. Also went to the 13” which is plenty. Looking forward to exploring all the new changes and updates.

Purchased this for my wife, her first Macintosh (I'm on #7). Blazing fast, loads of storage, zero complaints. Macintosh remains the best in its field. Once you go Mac you never go back.

I am in love with my new MacBook Pro. As to be expected from Apple, it is easy to use, light weight, fast and was easy to transfer data from my old Mac.

I liked this product a lot. But with all of the new things that were going on in my life I ended up having to get something different. I still liked this computer.

This laptop is awesome. I used to use windows, and i have to say this is by far the best laptop i have had. Typing on the keyboard feel nice. battery life is good. and it is light.

Finally!!! it's safe to upgrade my old OG 2012 retina MacBook Pro. I got the original retina when it was first released and it was great until I damaged the logic board with a usb hub that shorted out. I held off for a long time from buying a new MacBook because of concerns with price and the butterfly keyboard issue. when this one was released not only did it have a new keyboard but the price to upgrade was much more affordable than before, making it an easy choice to pick out the 16gb ram and 1 tb ssd model. I love this computer and I'm excited that for the first time in 8 years I can download my ENTIRE music collection to this device.

I love this computer. I upgraded from my old Mac when it died, and I love the new features on this one, and the amount of storage and the speed. Awesome!

I really wanted to invest on a computer that would outlast any other computer. And this is the one. It can be pricy but you would save $$$ if you go with MacBook.

Great computer. It’s over priced but it’s Apple and it’s worth it if you have the money. It’s been amazing so far.
