From the hardware to the software, this Mac is one of the best business focused laptops you can buy. My last Mac laptop lasted 8 years and still performed amazingly well! Because of this, when I factor the cost over time versus any other PC laptop, a Mac cons hands down in terms of value and performance.

Bought it as a graduation gift for my youngest grandson who is starting college. Display size is perfect for dorm life and the memory should more than suffice.

Decent speed and graphics but expected more for the price. It also has randomly quit everything I had open a couple times, and I only had this for a few weeks. I also don’t think the Touch Bar adds much. Still prefer apple products, though

Super fast. Graphics are amazing. Zoom app fabulous. Best Christmas present to myself. I had an Air for years before this, this is fabulous.

I can't say that I've used all the capabilities of this laptop yet but it's definitely worth upgrading to or switching over if you're a PC person. Apple finally upgraded the specs for this price-point and finally fixed the keyboard so many people were having issues with. All in all, even if you're a heavy video/adobe person, this laptop is very capable of doing everything you need!

The fans are quiet, the laptop is super fast, and the screen is amazing. I'm so glad they changed the keyboard, typing is easy and fast and I couldn't be happier with this laptop!!

This laptop is a replacement for my 2010 laptop. I am so delighted with this model - compact, lightweight but mainly because the performance is so amazing! I love it - easy peasy to set up, love the fingerprint access/password feature. I am still exploring its goodness - haven't used the display Touch Bar that much because I love all the other features...looking forward to a long life with this one...

Updates have been clunky almost like Apple doesn't do proper quality tests before releasing them. I think this will be the last Mac laptop I'm going to buy. The Retina display and fingerprint activation are two good features. The hey Siri feature is wonky at best. It didn't come with head phones, a USB port, or power chord extension. I'm enjoying the 1TB of storage memory and I can definitely notice how the 16GB of RAM allows for more multi-tab/multi task execution. Three stars mainly because of the glitches due to upgrades having so many bugs.
