I love my laptop, but I wish I have wait a bit more to get the new one with hdmi output.

Great computer. Too high though. Wish I would have done more research before buying but was on a time crunch.

Bought a mac pro 13". It was a very good buy with no regrets. I already recommended it to friends.

Satisfied with my purchase. Got a good deal as they seem to be trying to clear out the old inventory.

My rating has only to do with aesthetics and/or “condition” APPLE FAN I AM I do understand that this is a fine machine that offers so many possibilities. I am a sure Apple fan. That said, I returned the Macbook Pro for a few reasons: 1. The exterior (shipping box) materials were in very poor shape upon arrival. There was a corner wide open, and the cardboard was damp. 2. The next layer of packaging had a crushed corner - which was awfully close to the sealed factory packaging/box.. 3. The most unfortunate of reasons being the disappointment as I opened the package slowly, and with anticipation ... I am hit with the odor called MUSTY! Ugh.An odor I am not able to tolerate across the board... never mind it having attached itself to this new laptop and all it’s parts ... I returned the Macbook Pro to it’s box of a home and left it for a couple fo days. Reopened the box slowly ...and MUSTY still remained. A more metal musty, if you will. No idea how, why or what.... and feel sure it’s not a “normal” condition “good” sign... So Best Buy accepted the reyurn and that process was smooth.

Overall, the laptop is pretty decent. As it is priced high, only thing Apple should have considered is the touch screen option.

I am a huge Apple customer and prefer them over any other competitor. The problem I have, is that once every 3-4 days it shuts down on it’s own or freezes and I have to force a manual restart. I do not do anything but work related activities on my MacBook. No social media and no games. Not even FaceTime. If it keeps freezing I may have to send it in. I’ve had it for less than two months.

The purchase process was great. The delivery was not as smooth. Promised on the arrival date was did not go as planned, called and was told the item was lost and a new one would need to be repurchased. Then a text came the next morning saying the delivery was delayed but coming and it arrived. I attribute this to COVID with delivery being delayed. We have the computer and couldn't be happier when it did arrive.

Apple's reliability and compatibility between hardware and software make the choice easy! No regrets and highly recommend1

Don’t get me wrong, I love MacBooks. Upgraded from air to the pro. Only disappointment is the battery life.

its alright i downgraded from the m1 because i wanted internet recovevery but its slower

Computer is awesome trying to check out was horrible

I like the features but my computer glitches. My computer has about a 50% chance of letting me pass the initial startup page. When it glitches, I reset it and am fine. I bought my wife the same computer and hers is fine so I would assume my issue isn’t common. The features of the computer are great and I would buy again

Very swift purchase and install. No issues at this time...not really expecting any but have Apple Care if needed.

This is a good laptop, however the M1 macbook is better than the intel chip macbook
