At least once a week, the audio completely cuts out on my new MacBook Pro - 13". Output device shows "MacBook Pro Speakers," and volume is turned all the way up — both on the Mac and on the video or site that should be producing audio. Very disappointed to have such issues on a brand new computer.

Having no usb or d drive is awful! More money more money!

Doesn’t have a good battery life. Not bad over all.

To heavy, you can Frye eggs some times on the keyboard, even when you are just browsing the web.

I purchased two MacBook pros for employees, and both computers stopped working within a week of opening the box. I will be returning both. We have had no issues with MacBooks purchased from other vendors or directly from Apple.

I had 4 I Pads perfect and decided to go to MacBook what a mistake. The icons were OLD compared to the i Pads! They really need to improve here! I had the MacBook for less than a week and I took it back!!!

this has had none stop issues. Track pad messed up and the keyboard doesn't respond and it overheats

Purchased in June 2021. Only used by college student for eight months and already had to take it to apple care to fix due to screen malfunctioning. Now my student will loose the use of his computer (and all the work saved there in) right in the middle of the semester. This computer has not even made it through a year before it malfunctioned. Thought I’d try an apple because it’s supposed to be the best for college. I should have stayed with a PC which we’ve always used up until now. Lesson learned, “Don’t believe the hype!”

So much hardware and software is incompatible with the newer iMac that it becomes difficult to do what I bought this thing for. They say apples are the “artists” computer but if the technology does not allow enough flexibility to run programs on their OS and it’s all thunderbolt ports it makes it hard to do do work. Even with the right adapters I have run into issues - it seems to want to guide you into the direction of apple products no matter what.

Not the best Apple laptop I have owned. This is my fourth one and I am not at all satisfied. Poor quality, overheats, I am even considering returning it.

Hold it! You misrepresented this product to me. I asked and you told me this MacBook Pro had the M chip. I asked several times to reassure myself and several times as told (by a sales rep) that it DID have an M chip. It doesn't. I'm very unhappy with Best Buy now. I'll be Brin going the computer back.

I ordered an Open-Box Excellent – Certified Macbook Pro 13. My laptop came with visual scars, scratches, dings and quite dirty. I am very upset by this and I expect more from BestBuy. Really just a lost of words.

Received a product that was supposed to be like new that arrived a mess. When I tried to rectify the situation I was left with a sour taste in my mouth that still remains. Let me add I am not your average consumer I have been in the retail home furnishings industry for 50 years. I literally wrote a book on it and sit back in astonishment at what some retailers do to loose customers and/or business. I love the MacBook Pro not Best Buy

Super expensive for its value. I paid almost $2000 for this. It’s only a quad core computer can’t game on it only surf the web.

Brand new laptop and doesn’t even work. Crashes ever 10 minutes. I’ve been on phone with Best Buy for hours and hours. Still not resolved. I’ve wasted 3 weeks waiting for it. NOT HAPPY!

absolutely love it! it works better than my old laptop. and is so much smaller and lighter. i love the more compact laptop rather than my old bulky and heavy one.

Great machine that I must unfortunately bring back because it keeps shutting off. I looked online it appears many others have had this issue
