I would like to have gotten a little more explanation about set up and transfer of info from my lap top to the new purchase.

I bought an open box but in excellent condition and the back light key board doesn’t light up

Checked CPU and other activities.. zero load but gets super hot. Maybe defective or bad design

I’m so frustrated and irritated, Please don’t buy anything here. I bought a MacBook as a certified product but the computer doesn’t turn on.

Works good for web and simple tasks but Lightroom or anything a little heavier and it struggles.

disappointed. I bought 3 of them. bought this onefor my son for college. spent a lot of money. 15 months after purchase circuits fried and the repair is over 680.00 plus tax just for parts without the repair. my other one has a black spot on the screen. happened right after warranty expired on both..

It’s a big change from how a Microsoft computer works. Would really be nice to have tutorial for the basics.

New MacBook Pro stopped to work after just 2 month. It is a hardware issue and needs to be mailed back for a repair.

this item was bought at your store through fraud and your store let it go without proof of identification so I would appreciate it if you would stop sending me these emails for a item I did not buy but you charged it to my account without my approval or identification.

The product was damage I did have to take to Apple and fix it

You don't get rewards points on Apple products with "Best" Buy. There is no disclaimer on the website. I didn't find this out until reporting 15,000 missing points over the course of a year and them telling me that I wouldn't receive points.

This is the second MacBook Pro I have bought in a little over a year. The first one crashed about a week after the year the warranty. My daughter is doing college virtually and needed another one ASAP, so I had no choice but to buy one. I am praying this one lasts.

Poor. Didn’t even turn on. Drove over 200 miles to get this

I ordered a used MacBook Pro, cosmetically it looks great. Internally, there’s so many issues that I’m planning on returning it. Definitely just go ahead with purchasing a new model and avoid the open box items.

Not recommending. All intel laptop has issue when you try to upgrade the OS. You will graphic issue when you shutdown the system after OS upgrade. Won’t see any issue if you upgrade OS.

This was the worse experience I have ever had buying something. And my name isn’t crabs Ainsworth. I think one of your employees thought it was funny!! I returned the computer and will never buy another thing from Best Buy
