    I have had it a month and need to update my user Apple ID, every time I call your Clearwater store there is just an Automated operator and I need to ask if you can help and when.... no after sales help ...

    Did not work correctly since I received it. Would turn off randomly and the screen would turn pink and be unresponsive.

    This MacBook cost 1800$ and it’s slower then my grandmas 300$ HP with a SSD. I returned it went to micro center and just built a pc. Macs are crap.
