With just few safari browser tabs, and few MSFT office documents opened it kept up good and cool. If anything additional runs that kicks up CPU to 25% or more for just few minutes, it gets very hot and the loud fan kicks in. Did not expect this from a 1800 $ laptop. 2 stars to apple for this product. 5 stars to best buy for accepting my return through drive up at the curb. Thank you Best Buy.

This Mac is great, however the left side of the touchpad does not work well, probably because of the many times it was pushed while in the store. I purchased this open box mac and travelled, so I could not take it back to the store, will try to return it in September...

Great computer! But don’t believe apple about the free products.

I tend to notice that Best Buy sells the generation older and shows they are cheaper, but the reality is that the device is almost 2-4 years old as tech is always changing. Not that great of a deal if you want to be up to date on tech.

I'm not sure how or why but the quality of the camera on this laptop is very poor. The image is grainy and reminds me of pictures or videos I might have taken 15 years ago on a cheap device. My older 2017 MacBook Air had a crystal clear camera but somehow they missed this one up. I know it's the model because I returned it and got another one, only to have the same problem. The battery life is also poor. I don't recommend this laptop at all. I ended up returning it and buying something else.

Bought this to replace 8 year old MacBook that finally died. I am working from home and had to have a computer to complete work. Paid $1600 and it didn’t even last two months! It kept overheating and turning off. I took it to 1960 store where they were too bad so sad to hear you need this for work, you will get this back in three weeks!!! Three weeks!!! I asked if there was anything they could do since I use this for work and that’s the best they can do. Will never buy another MacBook since I now know this is a common occurrence and will NEVER shop at Bestbuy again!! Put in insc pro overhesting and see what you get. I only was using office 365. No gaming nothing but work

I bought a new apple macbook pro. They sent me a used scratched up computer. I called but after waiting and waiting on the line, they just hing up. This was a horrible experience

I returned this item due to the fact that the charging cord did not stay in the lightning port. I am still waiting on my refund. And I still need a new computer.
