My first MacBook and I love it. It's fast and easy to learn and use. Much better than my old HP laptop

I needed to replace my wife’s 8 year old HP Laptop and went with MacBook Pro because she has IPhone & IPads and Wanted continuity. It is a nice laptop, but I thought it would operate on the same platform like the others, but it doesn’t. Learning to navigate a new system has been difficult, but it is getting better. I’m not sure that the added premium purchase price was worth it right now, but the final vote on this purchase is still out.

I wish I would have returned this the second I realized that this Mac had no USB ports, SD Card slot, or Ethernet port. Instead, there are two USB-C ports, which required me to purchase additional cords/hardware/adapters. It’s super annoying to have a USB-C hub dangling from my laptop. I’m also disappointed that I can’t upgrade the Ram or SSD. Had I known, I would have purchased the 16gb laptop from the very beginning. I was also hoping that the newer macs would run games better, they do not. And finally, the battery on my older Mac pro last 2-3 hours longer than this one.

Fast, easy to use. Worth every buck! Starting it up and retrieving data from my old MacBook was fast!

This was my first major purchase from Best Buy in over 10 years. My buying experience was superb! It was fast, simple and the associate was very professional. I applied for a new BestBuy credit card and the process was quick and I received more than expected. I was able to get my daughter a new Apple MacBook with all the bells and whistles with money left over. It was a true "BEST" buy and I got more than I imagined for the money spent.

This has been a great laptop so far. Great battery life; durable, good storage, great processor.

this is my first MacBook pro I love it and cannot stay off it such a great tool for productivity amazing keyboard and super fluid zero regrets maybe would of got the one with 4 thunderbolt 3 ports faster ram and more ram but works just fine for light video editing photo editing great for collaborative work in a business setting as well definitely recommend it.

This is the second one I’ve purchased this year. They are great. Super fast and love the info bar.

This laptop is great. There are many cool features like the new Touch Bar. Battery life is also great.

This is a great entry level laptop for for adults and young adults as well. Although it can't be expanded (RAM, Disk Drive) after purchase it gives you just what you need based on the requirements of the vast majority of software that you will run on it. Additionally, gotta love the resilience that comes with MAC OS, you won't have to worry about spyware, malware, and adware as much as you do with a Windows based machine.
