this laptop is pretty good, it upholds all of its claims and most importantly it works great. I would recomened it and i personally love the touch bar but it definatly is not nesscary and most people would not value it as worth the 300 dollar increase, which is understandable.

THE DISPLAY QUALITY IS REALLY GOOD. THE TOUCH BAR HELPS ME DURING PHOTO EDITING AND VIDEO EDITING. THE PROCESSOR HANDLES THE WORKLOAD VERY WELL. THE RESPONSE OF THE WHOLE IS GOOD IS PRETTY GOOD. THE PROCESSING POWER IS REALLY GOOD.

I have wanted a Mac for a while and finally made the purchase. Yes, they can be pricey but I believe it is worth it. I have only had mine about a month but I love it. Super fast, love the multifunctional track pad, and the Touch Bar is a very cool Addition IMO.

Love this laptop, Thinner, lighter and has all the power you need. Big improvement over my previous. The Best Buy service person was extremely helpful in helping us find the right product. Extremely satisfied, would definitely recommend this product.

I finally replaced my old MacBook Pro and this one went on sale at just the right time. I know they are expensive, but my last MacBook Pro got me to almost 10 years before it needed to be replaced. I prefer the Mac environment and I know it’s not for everyone. For me it works great and happy to have a new MacBook Pro to work with. Hope I can get another 10 years. This one is lighter than my previous one and feels great. Still learning about the Touch Bar.

I have just added this MacBook Pro to my collection. Amazing speed and quality as usual. Worth every penny. It does get a little frustrating on having no USB ports, but I'd rather buy an adaptor than deal with a pc that runs terrible.

This MacBook Pro starts and runs terrifically. The touch bar is a nice effect as well. I open it up and from being in off, it takes a matter of seconds and I'm up and running. It's on the pricier side, but what a machine.

I love my 2018 MacBook Pro! This is the third Apple laptop I have used and I won't go back to a Windows PC EVER!!!!! This computer does everything I need, though it would be good if the larger solid-state drives weren't so much more expensive. I use a portable drive for all my music, movie, and podcast files (i.e., what used to be on iTunes). I updated this computer to macOS Catalina shortly after this OS was released and haven't had any trouble. Go with Apple, you won't regret it. It might cost more upfront, but the software updates that you would pay for with a Windows computer are available free with an Apple. This fact, along with the reliability of an Apple computer, more than makes up for the price difference.

In my short experience since purchase, the laptop handles any tasks I’ve given it. I don’t think the fans have turned on yet, which is by design of course, but it can handle quite a bit of work before needing to cool off. I would recommend this to any Apple fanatic who wants a new, semi portable laptop, but know that there are much cheaper options around that would do the same thing on a different OS.

Light, thin and easy to use. Love the new touch bar. Taking classes at the Apple stores really helps learn how to get the most out of the computer. The classes at the Apple Stores are free no matter where you buy the computer.

My duaghter loves her macbook pro. It has worked wonderfully since we've purchased it and she is very ahppy with the product. It's light and stylish while prodiving all the computer she needs.

I'd never owned a MacBook before purchasing this product, but after owning one I'm pretty much sold on buying them in the future. The processing power is perfect for the amount of tasks I want to have open at one time (medical school has usually required me to have several PDFs, an anatomy app, 12 tabs on Firefox, and email open) without any lag. Also, the track pad has proved to be one of the most powerful tools in increasing my productivity since I'm able to use hard press, 2 finger, and 3 finger commands to switch between tasks and perform other commands (like quick search with hard press). I would highly recommend this product 10/10

Well if you read some of my other Apple reviews you already know that I am a true Apple junkie, what don't I have lol. I upgraded from the MacBook Air to this due to the space. This computer is so dope and I love the Touch Bar. It's the perfect size and I was going back and fourth thinking that I should go up to the 15" and 16 gig memory for my youtube videos and photos but this is perfect all around. It's super easy to travel with it has enough storage for what I need it for. Apple could probably sell me a double sided penny and I would probably buy into it and love too, smh. Great buy, still super excited about it 6 months later. I have no complaints about it. Thinking about upgrading our sons Lenovo.

For most tasks it can handle anything you throw at it. If you're a professional photog/video editor, get the 15". Second butterfly keyboard, like the feel of this, feels like a snapple cap.

MacBook Pro, what else can I say, the best of the best! Touch Bar has been proven to be phenomenal, all of the specs of this laptop make it perform remarkably. Like previously stated, the best of the best.

Apple has always made their products easy to use. This MacBook Pro works great and replaced my outdated MacBook Pro. No complaints with it. Touch Bar is easy to use and the battery life is excellent

I bought this after 9.5 long years with my MacBook Pro (still works, just too slow for what I need now). This is lightweight and lightning fast. The only negative thing I have to say about it is the lack of usb drive. It seems silly to have to buy an adapter for the most common computer port.

Such a GREAT machine. Don’t skimp on the memory or the HD size. Speedy & stocked with all the goods. Beautiful design & I love the touch bar options.
