Amazing Laptop for College

Terrible issues with this thing!

I love, love, love the size, but the first one I bought stopped charging two weeks in; second just kept spinning a beach ball the entire time. I even had videos to prove it. The size on this computer is very nice, but it seems like they have faulty processors. BestBuy agents at my local store said Apple has had a lot of issues with products from this year, as they are changing manufacturing locations and sourcing from new sources due to COVID. I don’t know how true that is, but this computer was a nightmare. Bestbuy telephone support was not helpful either; the store was MORE than helpful, however. I would not recommend this computer; go with the 16 inch. Better value and much more dependable.
