First time in my life, I am unhappy with an Apple product. I bought this and found the noise and heat unbearably bad. I hesitated few times before writing a bad review on my favorite product but I had to write it. It is not only the bad experience of this product but the follow up with Geek Squad is horribly gone wrong. It is rarely I get to experience such situations but either this location (BestBuy Location) is bad or the day is bad, whatever may be, it was a bad experience at the Geek Squad. I am a techie so I should not go to Geek Squad in the first place. If you are technically-challenged, then you may find them choiceless.

Replaced my MacBook Pro from 2012. What a difference, love the speed, picture quality. Don't use the touch bar so much.

The representative I had for this purchase (Andrew) was nothing short of amazing when it came to helping me decide on what computer to purchase. He was very informative and on point with all his answers to my many questions I had during my shopping experience. 5 stars to his work and help with me making my final decision, and 5 stars on the computer, its just what I was expecting and hoping for!!! Very fast, handles everything I need it do to with nothing short in any direction!

My favorite MacBook. It’s high speed and touchscreen make it easy to navigate or you can talk your text. It’s EVERYTHING

My first Macbook was the 2012 13 inch model which broke a 1 year after owning it, but I never purchased another macbook since then and experimented with other laptops. Most recently my previous laptop has been running slower, battery life is terrible and just overall bulky. I had also debated on the iPad Pro/Air or Macbook Pro/Air and watched alot of reviews and comparision videos to see which would be best for me on a day to day basis and I am very happy with my macbook.

The best feature on here is the Touch Bar. This laptop is great! I have been wanting one of these for long time.
