A little overpriced but I can understand the shortage and worldwide logistics issues.

Fantastic laptop - even better than expected. The improved keyboard is great, and the graphics are superb. I have never been disappointed with Mac products, and this is certainly no exception. Even the color looks awesome. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fantastic, high end laptop!

I don’t REALLY mind the process of reconnecting my Air Pods to my MacBook (I do not own the outdated EarPods with a standard jack). It’s mediocre for its price, the built in video camera definition is as good as any outdated android. You’ll have to invest extra bucks into a separate web cam which is very ridiculous. Keyboard looks and feels cheap & flimsy. Battery life is short. Better not waste your money on this just for the name brand, bummer.

Disappointed by the lack of ports. You make us buy a Hyper Drive to make up for what utility ports should be part of the complete computer.

I bought this yesterday in store (had an in-person consultation). The employee who helped me was very patient and helpful. Went to set it up today and as soon as I downloaded one photo from my icloud it started to heat up....not warm....but HOT. I googled online and apparently this is common. I had NO IDEA. I closed the photo app and set my computer aside and it eventually cooled. 20 mins later I'm just looking online and it starts to get HOT again. I then just left it alone for 5 hours and came back to check my email and it got really hot again. I will be calling customer service tomorrow, as apparently this location is now closed....very odd...I hope I get a replacement tomorrow and it ends up working great.

I've only had the computer for a few weeks, so far so good track pad feels great and responds well, and very light for a pro. Good computer!

Just upgraded from the MacBook Air and love this product! It’s easy to use and navigate. I am happy with the pricing and quality of this Mac.

This was a “replacement” purchase, due to water spilled and AppleCare expired 2 months earlier! For a college student. Obviously happy with a Mac or would have chosen another brand. Love the fact we’ve never had a problem w a virus. Salesperson was friendly and informative!

This is easily one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. First, the product is great and works excellently. Second, for “open box”, this product was basically new. No one would have been able to tell the difference. I’m very happy with this purchase.

works great so far have only had short time, the price is alot higher than comparable windows machine. It functions as is supposed to.

What can I say...it is a Mac. I'm a graphic designer and have been on Macs only since 1991. Great product, not at all a surprise. The cost is worth it; I still have my MacBook from 2003 which still works great.

I was glad to have this lap top with the price i had it and it work perfert for how i needed . Thanks i wii recommend this product to friend and advised them to hold on sale time to buy and the most profit time is what sale arrived and also durable .

My wife and I haven’t had a computer for several years, we got by with an iPad and our iPhones. We purchased a MacBook Pro for our grandson two years ago, he loves it!! So we snagged one for ourselves, a 2020 model, and we love it!! I would recommend this computer for anyone!!

I've always wanted a MacBook. It as exceeded my expectations. I will say it was as easy to use as I assumed. I've had iPhones and iPads for years so I assumed it would be similar but MacBook is a whole different beast. However, with practice I'm sure I will get used to how it works.

I bought this Mac Book for school. For an MBA program where your utilizing spread sheets and power point it works great. I bought a Mac vs another brand because of the reliability of their computers. I’ve had others and they die after a few years. This Mac does not disappoint.

It does what it is supposed to do and runs smoothly but it tends to overheat sometimes which may be a something to consider.

Upgraded from the 2019 MacBook Pro with the crappy keyboard, and obviously love the scissor switches much much more. Very happy with this purchase!

Awesome laptop! I went from a Mac air to Mac Pro. Easy transition and user friendly

Such a great beautiful device. I take care of it and clean it since it’s very pricey. But even so, the screen got a small scratch like a hole pin hole even though I clean the keyboard and screen daily. It bothers me so much and I have contacted Apple. Most people could live with it, but I paid a premium for this device and I’m out of the return date or else I would switch it out for a windows pc.
