Love the MacBook Pro. This is my 7th one. The operating system is so much better than Microsoft. Best Buy always has a fantastic selection at a fair price.

I have been a MacBook user since 2011 and I'm impressed with all the features this laptop offers. I use it for school, jobs, research, etc.

I purchased this for my 18 year old granddaughter, who is university bound. I really know very little about computers. I relied on the salesman.

Great laptop that get the task done. Only downside is sound quality during zoom chat but.... very easy to pair a Bluetooth speaker and boom back in action.

I am happy with my MacBook, although I didn’t realize before my purchase that the MacBook didn’t have a USB drive however apple does sell a usb-c to usb converter that was inexpensive.. I have purchased other apple products in the past therefore therefore that was the only surprise.

Cant go wrong with apple! just wish i would have bought a bigger laptop, 13inch seems too small but that's a personal preference

Love it. We did have a problem but it was covered by the one year warranty so it wasn't an issue. They had it fixed in under 3 weeks

I bought this for my son to use in college. He is going from a chromebook to an Apple laptop. He said it is the best laptop he has ever had.

Love the Laptop... only problem is I can’t find a hardshell case anywhere. It boggles my mind Apple released a product without a protective case for it

So in love with my new MacBook Pro! I have the air but it’s a 2015 model, and the upgrades on this Pro are just unmatched. So far so good!

Bought for my wife and she loves the new Touch Bar, and how it has predictive features while she’s typing, doing spreadsheet work or playing music.

This is my very first MAC laptop and I love it. Took some getting use to switching from my usual Chrome laptops. I highly recommend this product.

Used to own previous Macbook Pro for a decade. Hopefully this one will last me another decade. Touch screen isn't bad, just takes some getting used to. Wish they still had magnetic plugs and regular ports, but instead comes with two USB-C ports. Still a good Macbook Pro.

Sometimes buying an open box item can be tricky but so far the laptop works great. It was in mint condition and all the accessories were there.

The speed and display are good, but I would not recommend this laptop. For starters, the battery life is AWFUL. You have to charge it multiple times a day, but you don't have to do this with the M1 version. In addition, this laptop gets extremely hot to the point where it basically burns your thighs. None of this happens with the M1 MacBook, so I would recommend everyone choose that version. I purchased both, and this Intel version was just very disappointing.

This was birthday present for my God daughter, she requested this particular computer. She loves it and know one is allowed to use it.
