    I purchased this brand new and everything was working great until I tried to use the dictation function to take notes for school. I have tried everything and it just will not work. I've only had this laptop for about a week and the main reason I purchased it for is not working! I have spoken to a technician and they could not help me either. I am so frustrated because I spent more on the Pro specifically so I would not run into issues like this.

    I’m use to using an HP with touchscreen and I wish apple had that same effect. But I’m a new MacBook user, so it’s difficult trying to work a MacBook.

    Great computer... my only issue is the problem connecting my printer. It will not connect to my wireless printer and scanner. I need to use a cable.
