Purchased 16 in m4 pro 48gb ram. One negative is if you’re buying for Apple intelligence, it’s not very useful yet.

Perfect laptop for heavy work loads

Upgraded from M2 and its a game changer. And best buy had a great deal on price too. So this is my first time purchase of Apple Mac Book on best buy.

It works like new even though it was unboxed! However, It came to me a little later than expected, and wasn't fully charged.

No Mac and no refund (yet)

A week later no delivery. No message from Best Buy whatsoever (until I called). Canceled order. They said it would take 7-10 business days to receive refund. It's day 11. Still no refund. I have spend a LOT of $$$ with Best Buy this year. Cannot believe at how badly I was treated with this attempted purchase and refund. I am now re-thinking about using Best Buy for my big purchases.
