Love this computer! Completely worth the investment. This computer is fast and easy to use. When you use something like a computer every single day you want it to operate quickly and with ease; and this one does it all! The most important thing for me was that the computer was fast and this one is! I’m so happy I chose this computer. The team at Best Buy was great and answering all of my questions and supporting me to find the computer that would best support me. So so grateful!

I recently switched from a high-end Windows laptop to the new Apple MacBook M4 Pro (24GB RAM / 512GB SSD) — and wow, what a game-changer. First off, the performance is absolutely mind-blowing. The M4 chip handles everything I throw at it — from multitasking with heavy apps to running virtual machines — without even breaking a sweat. The 24GB RAM is a sweet spot: apps launch instantly, and there's zero lag even with dozens of tabs and multiple creative tools open. As someone new to macOS, I was a bit nervous about the switch — but the UI is intuitive, smooth, and honestly a joy to use. The transition was much easier than expected, thanks to seamless iCloud integration and helpful tutorials. The Liquid Retina display is stunning — sharp, vibrant, and easy on the eyes. I do a lot of photo editing and video streaming, and the colors just pop. The battery life is another huge win. I easily get 20+ hours on a single charge — something I never got on my Windows laptop. I had a MacBook Pro M2 and decided to upgrade to the MacBook Pro M4. One it is a lot faster for tasks, Two the screen is sharp for the photo editing that I do. Overall just impressed with the laptop

I absolutely love my new MacBook Pro! I purchased this Mac because it was time for an upgrade, I previously owned the M1(2020) model and had been eyeing this new M4 for a good minute. I was hesitant to do a trade in because I usually would get low balled on the value ,but BESTBUY made it so easy and painless to do everything all at once and I got a really good trade in value minus $100 because I ended up keeping the old power supply cord, as I could use it to charge up my iPhone quickly. lol ok back to my new purchase….. I’ve been using my new M4 for about 2 months now and I’m so thrilled with its performance and capabilities. It’s so smooth and wonderful on all aspects. Besides the obvious aesthetics of this machine, the insides are just as magnificent. Thank you Apple and thank you Bestbuy. You truly have outdone yourselves.

Fast service. Order the day of and picked up the same day. As of right now it's been working great. Although I am bias to Apple computers. I will say I expected the battery life to be better. I do use battery consuming softwares. But speed and display is good. I had the 16 in before and the 14 in is better for traveling convenience.

This laptop is a BEAST! As a small business owner this laptop helps me multitask and streamline many aspects of my days to day. I bought this on sale, but it would’ve been worth full price also. The m4pro has exceptional battery life, recently got 18 hours of use. But 226 hours total hours on standby and use. I make music and do basic computing other than that, it’s been great would highly recommend.
