I have tried a wide arrange of computers in the past. From multiple Window's Computers, Chrome, to a few of the older Apple Mac's. By far the MacBook Pro M2 is my favorite. From the range of storage capacity (which was an important piece for me as a photographer) the amazing screen display, the the powerful processing that this computer has (another important piece for me) I was blown away. Not only that but I had a great customer experience buying this computer and that guy knew it all. He helped talk me through the different models and what would best fit my needs. As a photographer and traveler this computer perfectly fit my needs. I love running Lightroom and Adobe products on this computer and it runs so smoothly. The processing time for my images and the quality is out of this world. Can't recommend it enough if you have a media profession that needs a high powered computer. If you are on the fence about getting this computer or jumping from Window's to Apple, I highly recommend this computer. As other's have said though pick the model, storage space, screen size, etc. that fits your needs.

My overall experience using my new Apple Macbook Pro is absolutely amazing! It provides me with the tools and speed necessary to get my day to day work complete with no interuptions. I purchased the M2 Pro chip with 16GB of memory and it is exactly what I needed. This device holds more than just my millions of pictures and videos but holds all of my work essential items while keeping the speed. Not to mention the employees at the store are super helpful. They answered all of my questions and were very patient with me. I will be back to purchase more accessories for my MacBook Pro!

Although this isn’t the first laptop I’ve purchased for my daughter, it IS the first one that was everything she wanted, needed and had extras she desired for her major. Though she’s always chosen Apple/Macbook; this is her first MacBook Pro with the M2 chip and compatible with all of her applications she requires as she attends university with a double major in both journalism as well as fashion design (which requires numerous photography apps, textile apps, etc etc). Not only does it have everything she needs, it’s got everything she could want and more! With the manufacturer warranty plus the total tech warranty on top of it, her laptop is ALWAYS repairable or replaceable for a $50 deductible! Great laptop, great quality and though seemingly a tad expensive, can’t go wrong with lifetime coverage/replacement!! Would absolutely recommend!!!

I above this laptop. It is perfect. The only thing I do wish is that it had a regular USB port so I could connect a wireless mouse. It runs really good and really fast. It starts up great. Connected to the internet great. All the Apps work great!!! No problems at all. I even added a protective case, but really didn’t need it because it’s really built sturdy.

No other laptop in the market can come close. Worth every penny. Will definitely last 5+ years.

Easiest big ticket item purchase I've ever made! Found good price at Best Buy, ordered on line, chose my delivery date, had it delivered to my PO Box for security. The new Mac loaded easily from my old one and didn't require technical support.

I haven't had a MacBook since 2012 and wow this does not disappoint. I have had absolutely zero issues and I use it heavily in the live production world. It runs vector works flawlessly with zero overheating issues.

The 2023 MacBook Pro 14 inch is probably my Favorite MacBook ever!!! I love it so much it’s beautiful and super fast. I’m super happy with my purchase.

Love this computer, not only was it the easiest transition to move all of my data, it was fast. This computer is fast and lets me do all my social media without slowing down.

Super fast compare with my old mac pro back in 2013

I was on the fence about switching from windows to Apple but this I highly recommend. Processing power is significantly faster than your average base model. Do however, select the model that best fits your needs. I personally use this for video editing and and coding.

This laptop is so excellent. The sound is so lovely and suitable for school.

I didn't have any issues with the performance of my previous machine. Heating up was a common challenge, but for day to day tasks, fans would only momentarily spin up and then quiet down. With larger projects, however, I'd gotten used to the persistent fan noise until the end of the run. On the 14 inch M2 Pro, the difference was evident from the very beginning. I've put this laptop through everything my older one dealt with, plus a bit more, and still haven't found a workflow to make the fans come on. Battery Battery life on this is excellent. I'd hoped for actually full-day battery life, but I guess that's dependent on your workflow. Definitely get at least 10 hours out of it regardless. Display ProMotion is alright on the MacBook. I didn't actually notice it until I went back to my previous one without ProMotion, at which point the difference was immediately clear. The display itself isn't, to me, significantly better than the previous Retina displays. The notch, however, turns out to be much better for full screen apps, leaving out the previously interruptive animation for viewing the title bar. Overall, while the cost is pretty steep on this computer, I have just about no complaints thus far.

My first time to try Mac. I was previously a Microsoft user and thought it will be a difficult transition. It seems difficult to start but I am finding the transition easier than I thought. Working with multiple files and applications is great without delay. Battery has been great!

As a lifelong PC user, it wasn't until recently when I began dabbling in the world of Mac. It started, like most, with the iPhone. I was so enthralled by the ease of us and the simple way in which it just worked that I eventually started looking at the iPad. The iPad eventually became my daily driver for couch web surfing and mobile games. I even bought a magic keyboard for it, but felt like I was missing something. The iPad isn't a laptop replacement, even if it can do a lot of things great...it's just missing features that you need, like software compatibility. This led me to start looking at Macs which eventually brought me here, reviewing one of the best purchases I've made in recent memory. The MacBook Pro 14" M2 is a stellar device. It's priced at a premium, but you know what you're getting go in. I wanted the best possible MacBook laptop with a mid-size screen and I eventually landed on this model. The M2 Pro chip handles basic tasks with ease and whenever I throw anything slightly demanding at it, it works to perfection. I'm a gamer at heart as well and decided to put it through it's paces (even though I know Macs are not known for gaming) and it did surprisingly well. Take a game like World of Warcraft that has native support and I was playing at a solid 60 fps with decent graphics settings. Older games fared even better - but at the end of the day, you're not buying a Mac for gaming, you're buying it for that Apple touch. The MacBook just works. The screen is beautiful, the keyboard is a dream, and the total package just works effortlessly. They aren't cheap, and the Pro model is designed for people who do more demanding work, so if you don't fit into that bucket, consider the Air. It's cheaper but you miss out on a lot of the quality of the MacBook pro - namely, the screen. If, on the other hand, you always want the best of the best when it comes to tech - say hello to your new laptop, it'll be around for a while.

It has a nice screen. Amazing performance!!! I’m a college student and I needed something easy to carryover. It is lightweight and the battery life is impressive!

First laptop I've bought since the early 2015 13' macbook pro. Didn't really need to upgrade. That macbook still had years left on it probably. But as a creative taking on more projects, needed a new workhorse that can handle those needs. This model is that and more. Absolutely LOVE the display. Apps run fluidly as always. Ssd is lightning quick. Transferring all my work to this laptop finished before I could leave the room to get water. Can't wait to continue to dive into this

Replaced my 2019 model. No comparison…hands down! So much faster, better keyboard, and outstanding sound quality. Battery is so much better as well…lasts much longer than my previous MacBook Pro. Definitely on the pricier side but well worth it.
