GOOD TO WORK ON EASY AND THE PRODUCT IS THE ONE I NEEDED. I AM PLEASED AND WILL KEEP THIS LAPTOP TOO. CHINA AND AMERICA ARE REALLY HAVING A HARD TIME AND TRADE TARIFFS ARE GOING TO BE HIGHER.

One odd issue we encountered is with battery charging. The battery stopped charging after less than a month. We took it back to Best Buy and their Apple Rep thought it could be hardware issue but turned out to be firmware update needed. So if you encounter this problem, update your system and see if that helps.

Overall, a great shopping experience at the vallejo best buy.

So, I decided to get one. The only negative is that it glitches when I use Word.
