This laptop is much better than the old one with processing speed. I also enjoy how quiet and smooth the keys are on this.

A worthy upgrade from Intel

While I probably could've made do with the M2 chips I was sold on the Space Black. Spoiler it's not black, dark grey, but still fire. I hit it with some projects in Xcode and never stuttered, I hit it with some Logic Pro X projects, with no problems. This is truly the machine that can hit everything and not break a sweat. And it has the headroom for me to hold onto it for years to come.

The help I received in buying my new laptop and upgrading from my Apple Air was topnotch. The Geek squad was able to get my air working again and wiped it clean. It did not have enough memory for what I was using it for. I traded it in and received a fair price...Again I can not say how wonderful they were to me in helping me every step of the way.

Apple Silicon is a huge game changer

It's like night and day. The performance of this is just incredible - everything is instataneous. Photo/video editing is instantaneous - an no more looking at the colored beach ball. Love the new black finish and the 14" size (the 16" was a bit too large). I have this connected to a 27" 5K Studio Display and the colors are brilliant. Definitely one of the best upgrades I ever made!

It is good for multi tasking and 18gb ram proves it. Also the 1 tb space is another value for the price. Even after usage it generates less heat….

Great Macbook

The laptop is incredibly fast, which makes multitasking and running applications a breeze. Streaming Netflix on this device is an excellent experience; the display is sharp and the playback is smooth without any lags. I haven't had the chance to play any games on it yet, but I'm excited to explore its capabilities further. The design of the MacBook Pro M3 is sleek and modern, which I really appreciate. However, I do miss having one of the old USB ports, as it would make connecting some of my older devices a bit easier. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and look forward to discovering more of what this powerful laptop can do.

New Mac User and the MacBook Pro.

Replaced a Windows laptop with this MacBook. It's quick and powerful and so far has run all my apps without any problems. I'm early in the learning curve but so far it's been interesting to learn the differences. The build quality is very high but it comes at a price. It's impressive how well this works with my iPhone and iPad.

I haven’t used it hardcore yet but I did some light video editing and it handles that like a champ! I was going to get the MacBook Air with 16gb of ram but it is only offered in the 15” which doesn’t fit in my backpack. I decided to go to the pro as it’s better suited for video editing anyway and a store near me had this mid tier pro for the same price as the base pro in an open box so I couldn’t pass it up!
