I upgraded to the Macbook pro M3 pro from a late 2016 Macbook Pro and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. I got this on sale and its by far the best laptop i’ve ever owned! Very fast no matter what Im working on. I use it for general admin task and video editing in Final Cut Pro and Camtasia, and it’s smooth with no hiccups. Display is beautiful and crisp. Go ahead and buy it!

Best laptop I’ve ever owned by a long shot. The build quality, screen, audio- and performance are excellent. The battery life is incredible - especially if you’re accustomed to intel based laptops.

I have been using a MacBook Pro for the past 5-6 years now for work as a software developer and I could not be happier with how solid and capable these laptops are. It takes everything I throw at it, and upgrading from a 2019 model with the intel core i7 to a M3 Pro is a huge performance boost! While I had considered staying with the ~16" screen size, I have actually come to love having a slightly smaller screen as it's a bit more "lap friendly" and it's easier to fit into a backpack. Battery life has been great and I fully expect this to last me another 5+ years.

Solid Laptop. Mini Led screen with HDR looks great watching YouTube videos. Even backlighting on keyboard and pleasant typing experience. Best trackpad made. Overall build quality best laptop made. Mac OS is ok but not as quick as windows 11. Customization of OS is limited. Youtube playback stutters at the beginning. Picks up fingerprints and dust like a magnet. Get a micro fiber cleaning cloth. Overall user experience has been nice I would recommend buying 18 or more gigs of ram and at least 1 tb ssd. The Notch has got to go. had to use black wallpaper to cover it up. Poor engineering. Bought on sale because upgrades cost too much from Apple.

This MacBook Pro is very much recommended! I am an editor and it runs very smoothly for a MacBook that has 18gb RAM. It loads everything quicker and efficiently.

I got my MacBook Pro M3 Pro on launch day. So far I'm very happy with my purchase. it runs really fast and the battery life is amazing! I use this laptop for a lot of basic use like Photo editing, and surfing the web and for learning programming. So far ive had no issues with lag or anything. if your looking for a super portable laptop and that has a lot of power this is probably your best pick. I haven't had a MacBook Pro before this. I didn't have anything to compare it to, but for me its plenty fast probably overkill in most situations for my usage.

I currently own a 2018 Intel MacBook Pro with the Touch Bar. I’ve been using it extensively for work, which wasn’t enjoyable because I lacked sufficient storage space. I’m thrilled I bought the New MacBook Pro. I can’t stop touching this laptop. The design, the lightning-fast speed at which applications open, the AI Writing Intelligence—I could go on and on. It offers the best performance in a computer, with a faster speed and a beautiful display. The battery life is great, making it excellent for graphic design and 3D work. However, my only small issue is that, as a Latin American, it was impossible to get a Latin keyboard version of the MacBook at Best Buy.

I bought this laptop to replace a base MBA M1. I used the MBA to administer Linux machines remotely, as well as edit video footage. A pain point for me was carrying many SSDs, associated cables and docking equipment. As well, my base M1 only had 8 GB of RAM and only 256 GB of drive space. I've never owned a MBP before (nor a Mac with a Pro chip), and wanted more than 8 GB of RAM and also wanted to be less dependent upon external drives, so I bought this particular machine. The con is that it is heavier and thicker than a MBA, but I'm fine with that. As well, I love Space Black! I also love the MagSafe connector. I've not yet experienced any negatives with owning this MBP. I didn't expect the island on the display to be so large, though...that was something I immediately noticed.

Amazing computer. Super fast. Huge improvement over my 2020 version of the MacBook Pro. Web and application load speeds are incredibly fast. No lag.

Even in 2025 the machine holds up as well as you’d think it does. If possible to get refurbished, I’d encourage it. I use this for photo/video editing, light gaming (runs Cyberpunk 2077 shockingly well) and coding. Helps when I don’t have access to my main rig a lot.

I bought this Macbook Pro M3 on sale and love it so far. Had an M1 and the screen broke, and with how expensive it is to replace, figured I was better off just getting a new laptop, and so far - I am pleased with the decision.

I absolutely love the new space black color. The battery lasts all day long and the screen is stunning. If you are thinking about upgrading from an older model would highly recommend.

Best Mac I've owned so far. Mostly an incremental improvement since the MBP M1 14", but still an improvement. Seems faster and has twice the storage and 2 more GB of RAM than my last one.
