The laptop itself is in good condition and works okay when being used but it constantly dies and it says that the battery needs to be replaced, and it only stays on if plugged into the charger. Definitely would've not expected this for the price paid for a refurbished laptop.

Recently I bought a Mac Book Pro for my sister as a gift. She was interested in a 15 inch Pro and I found one refurbished on line and purchased the item. When it arrived my sister loaded her needed programs however three days later the battery would not charge past 33%. She took it to the local Apple Store and they told her that the battery was faulty and it would be an extra $200.00 and 7 days to have it replaced. The salesperson told her that the charging device included was the wrong charger for that computer and shorted the battery. The Mac Pro came with a 90 day warranty but after learning the wrong charger (at an additional $100.00) was sent I was reluctant use the warranty to have it fixed. As a result I had to spend an additional $300.00 for a "refurbished" 15 inch Mac Pro and she had to spend an additional 7 days without her computer.

this computer is 2012 technology, impossible to update, doesn't receive any protection plan on Best Buy and doesn't receive protection in APPLE TOO!!! Apple care is only for refurbished products in the apple store, 2018 and up, Best buy should be more honest and tell you this in the app and in the platform so you avoid losing your time. if you ask me if the computer works? it works but for how long? can I work with new software without the option to update the OS? I don't know, without plan protection if I have any issue I'll be alone. last, for the price you can get a brand new Microsoft computer I7 technology every ware and if you really want a MAC go to apple store and look for refurbished ... 2018 and 400 dollars more but protected 2 or 3 years. Bottom line, don't even try to buy this or any Apple product in Best Buy.

The computer works fine, but I bought this computer for the NVIDIA graphics and just discovered it has Intel HD graphics instead. I trusted BestBuy to send the correct computer and didn’t check before. That’s on me.

Excellent laptop, normally quite costly. Best Buy had it preowned at a fraction of the price.

Great deal! My husband is a Mac user and a new MacBook is ridiculously expensive. This was a great price and was in excellent condition. You can also add AppleCare to a used MacBook no matter where your buy it from, so Bestbuy is a much better price than a used one from Apple.

My wife purchased this laptop top use for her photography business. She edits pictures and love it. Great computer!

Love the laptop. It has all the fiction I need to be creative.

Speakers not working , very scratchy, running very slow. Had to plug in to even get on it. Thought it would be better since it was refurbished. Expecting it to work a lot better for the price. When I returned it to the store they said that it didn’t sound right. She said it shouldn’t have went out that way.

I bought it 1 month 1/2 and the computer keep crashing I called best buy to see if I can change it and they say no because is more than a month. So I am paying for something that I can't use.

Love the new laptop. It runs great and feels like it was new.

He loved all the features that came with this product!! He is into music and this Mac helped him take his music to the next level!! Although they had a hard time finding the laptop at first, once they were able to locate it everything went great. Customer service was excellent.

What else can I say. It’s a MacBook Pro. It was a great deal. And it’s a great computer.

Product lasted 3 months before it started having battery trouble. 1 year later the computer won’t turn on. Only use ld it for recording music and the occasional text message.

Wonderful purchase, exactly as described. Would recommend it.
