Terrible. I will never but refurbished again! I returned them the next day!!!

MacBook, can't go wrong. So much better than any Windows machine.

I like MacBook and thy are very reliable from my previous experience. As a result, I want to upgrade to a better and refurbished MacBook is great for the price. I had a refurbished MacBook air which works great for 4 years. But this one is bit disappointing and I m sending it back to store. First, it comes with many scratches on the bottom of the computer. I am not complaining too much about this since I know it is refurbished and I would not send it back if this is the only problem. But it is a lot of scratches for the record of future buyers. Most importantly, the CPU fan makes a strange noise. If anyone has experience with a broken hard drive in a PC, it souds just like that. Initially, it not very noticeable as the computer is not too hot. But as you run something like a flash player, noise become very loud and scary. The noise even changes as you tilt the laptop to different angles. The title of this product claims that it is fully tested which is basically not true. Any test would have found this problem. Anyway, I am sending it back to Bestbuy and hope Geek squad will see this and fix the problem before it's sold to anybody else.

A couple scratches but works like new. Worth the price.

I am getting ready to return the MacBook Pro. The unit has many scratches on the bottom and the fan just starts up. The unit is cool and the processor is idle (for the most part). As always! Buyer beware.
