I am so pleased with my purchase. I upgraded from the previous 2013 (I think) 15.4” (first Retina model) so from the outside the differences seemed negligible, but let me tell you, this is an incredible machine. The 8-core i9, 32GB RAM, and NVIDIA Pro Vega 20 graphics card make this a solid powerhouse for video editing. The Touch Bar turned out to be way more convenient that I thought it would. And the speakers sound great! Looking forward to enjoying this investment for many years to come. Saved about $600 from a comparable build with the new 16” screen. Highly recommend.

This is a seriously awesome computer. Such a major improvement from the 2014 i7 that I'd used for years. It's rock solid. So far it's been able to handle everything I've thrown at it. Love that it came running Mojave. It allowed me to use all my old programs and pluggins. I'm currently running multiple desktops, with multiple monitors. Love love love.

This computer is a big upgrade over my 2014 MacBook Pro. The fingerprint ID is quick and efficient for accessing password protected web sites. The screen is clear and easy to read. There were a couple of other features that I would have enjoyed, but the price limited me. This was the best that I could do. Still, an elegant tool for producing high quality work.

Just a solid and beautiful computer. I'm a PC guy and I purchased this not for me but for an employee and I have to admit I'm floored at the quality of how it's built and how well it runs. It won't crash regardless of how many applications I run simultaneously. It's not cheap but it's a great machine.

The new 16 inch is significantly cheaper even if you get a discount on this one. The difference on the one I got was the new one is 16inch with better graphics, same processor, 16gb ram (versus 32 on this one), better keyboard (no butterfly), better battery and better speakers. This one in comparison only had more ram compared to the new one I got. It also has more port variety I believe. The new one is 4 USB-C ports and a headphone jack. They're basically the same size too but the 16 has nicer bezels.

Not a single issue yet, however I would prefer a better graphics card. Apple stopped using nvidia graphics cards unfortunately, but if you’re not worried about gaming then you should be fine. Not saying that i’ve had issues gaming but the vega is Apple’s way of budgeting. Just my own opinion!

Same power that’s in the 16 in but was cheaper and available. I wouldn’t recommend anything less than 32 gb if you invest in a MacBook Pro.

Super powerful! Handles all my live audio video streaming. Video editing and all audio production with no issues lagging.

Recently purchased this laptop for my husband and we love how light and fast it is. I realized the screen flickering for a few seconds when we first turned it on. Didn’t think much of it until two weeks later and the flickering got worst. I’m glad we returned it and purchased the iMac. Loving my 27” iMac!

This unit is so much faster than my PC I really love it. The price was awesome given the power of this unit and that it is an Apple. I did buy it on sale and am so glad I did. if I had one complaint it would be the touchy keyboard, thankfully I don’t use it that much as my programs do not require typing.

Power full laptop worth the money I highly recommend and look professional.

Despite requesting a 16 the employee pulled this from the back and didn’t realize untill I had already opened it at home kept rather the have to pay restore fee for employee error. Similar specs as my previous 15” MacBook Pro I was replacing. Upgraded 8 core processor works well for video editing

I’ve slowly transitioned over to Apple products, and I am thrilled with this MacBook Pro. It’s fast and great for video editing and streaming, and I love the seamless integration with my iPhone and iPad Pro.

This computer is a beast! I am a photographer and videographer, this handles all my needs from editing photos to editing large file after fx products.

Top of the line Mac ... what else is there to say? I wasn’t sure about the Touch Bar (was using my older Mac) but love it. It (the bar) is very feature rich and useful.

A lot lighter than my old one . Love the clarity for photo edits . Im still getting familiar with the new version . the large track pad is great .

Love to have. It is my first time Apple computer. I think it is better than Microsoft. If you used to use well with command key +
