I just got this macbook in April 2023. Getting refurbished products has never been an issue for me except with this product. It only lasted 10 months before the battery died and won’t turn on without it being plugged in at all times.

A piece of trash. Purchased from a local store. It was a Frankenstein and they sold it and would t honor their own service plan. Paid $$$ to be told it was useless too.

My computer is awesome thank you so much, although there is some nicks and scratches I’m not happy with it still works great. Wouldn’t recommend it if u want to get a pro. Mine was used and I could have got a newer one for 200 more but what do ya do. It’s a good computer tho

I don't like apple and this was purchases for someone else. I am not sure how it is being used today as I no longer own this. I hope the new owner is still happy and free and not institutionalized from the chaos caused from using apple products.

Don’t buy it or choose pickup at store

Don’t buy it. They send me the wrong model with a defective on screen. They almost didn’t let me return it. But if you still need it, I’d like to suggest you to pickup at store and check the product first. Don’t use shipping process. They might not let you return if something goes wrong.
