I really like tbis MacBook. Im a sophomore in college & didnt want to spend 2k on a new laptop. I love everything about this laptop, but now for the bad. So its not THAT bad its just its not updated to the latest model, the battery life is not that good, and it kind of heats up a bit fast not that fast though. OVERALL it's really good and im happy w my purchase but im still giving it a few months to really see. oh and its a little scratch on edge of screen

I needed a laptop and this one has been good but after having it only 2 weeks it started to over heat and I had to replace the battery in it. When you factor in the battery cost I should have just bought a new laptop.

It is refurbished so I guess you get what you pay for buy the battery life in this is definitely not good. And there is a slight “smudge” look on the screen. It’s in the top corner so not where it hurts but sucks still. Other than that it’s good

Good for 3mos then keyboard/mouse stopped working. I use it for coding and the speed was good. Just every time i turned it on it moved really slow and opening my pages back was difficult because it kept freezing. That was an issue i could deal with but then out of nowhere the keyboard shuts off the Touch Bar and the trackpad was completely off and non responsive. So sad that I can’t exchange or return and I’m stuck with a computer that i can’t even open.

The laptop is good but the command button is lose and I sometimes have to push it back in and the charger it came with is already broken, it doesn’t charge my Mac and I’ve used the MacBook like 8 times since I’ve bought it other then that I’ve kept it in the charger then one day it just stopped charging

Needless to say, i was excited to start using my new laptop. However, halfway through typing, i realized that some of my words werent spaced. When i went to correct it, i came to realize my spacebar isnt working. This got very tiresome very quickly. Ill press it 4-6 times before it finally decides to work and give me a space. Ive tried different pressures, different hold periods, and its just not working.

My daughter loves it. I ordered one a week before that moved slow, but they got it right with this one.

Yeah it works but the battery already needs replacing soon and the charger is already busted For 700 I admit I wanted something better They sold me a lemon

Running good so far. There is a echo sound comes when using high volume. but that's fine. Performance is great

It works great my only complaint is the battery life isn’t the best

Depending on what you’re using is for. You might like it. Not a whole Lotta memory and you cannot upgrade your computer hard drive it is what it is.

Great back to school MacBook Pro for my 1st year kids until they decide and focus on their direction. Definitely got a good deal. My kids are happy. They now have some additional tools available to succeed first year of college at low cost.

I bought a preowned Apple Mac. Had to get Geek Squad to help with setup but good since then.

It works great. The mac heats up a little often then it should though.

DO NOT BUY ! I’ve had this laptop for less than 25 days and it stopped charging ! Wont turn on. I took it to geek swap only for them to tell me they can’t do anything and the 1 year warranty “it has” isn’t basically USELESS.

Very good shape, I use it for musical purposes. I am very happy of the work it does.

So far this computer has been everything and then some. The price was great and within my budget.
