    Service on return and receiving was great, however the computer came with the wrong hardware and the circuit boards blew within an hour after using the charger (it came with the wrong charger by the way).

    This item stoped working after about 4 months, when it was returned to the geek squad to be repaired i was told that the item is vintage and cannot be repaired. Im still struggling to get the item replaced. Please make sure u aren't buying vintage.

    I bought a refurbished product and when I opened the laptop a screw rolled out and after charging for 5 mins the charger was burning hot. I decided to return it and purchase a brand new product instead. The return process was extremely easy and painless.
