I wanted to get my money’s worth in graphics since I’m a full frame SLR camera buff and I wanted speed, versatility and quality. This MacBook DELIVERS!

So at the time it was more expensive of a computer than I wanted. Its superb in how fast the processor is and the sound from speakers are crisp and clear. The screen in order to watch movies that are saved and downloaded or streaming videos have excellent quality. I thought it was too high a price to pay at the time, but I’m happy I did. I understand that the laptop is moving to a discless use which is true. There is no disc port and no USB either but a new plug or adapter is needed if you need to but technology is moving forward and this opens the door to take care of that. There are matching adapter which I did buy and makes it worth it. I would buy it again.

This macbook pro has a great config and theoretically could handle heavy computational tasks as one would expect. However, when it comes to practice, there are some issues you might need to consider before buying it. One annoying thing is, due to air conditioning gaps placed on the frame, when you open the lid and work with it (even semi-heavy computations like watching videos, etc.), hot air blows out of the body and goes downwards. Hence, if you definitely have to forget about putting it on your lap and work with it. Another issue is, since I started using it, there were few times that I heard awkward noises while I was working with it. The noise is somehow similar to the sound when you empty the Trash bin on mam OS. The last issue I would like to mention is, sometimes the touch bar looks somewhat blurry. At least it is not as clear and sharp as the other macbook pro 13" that we have. Rather than the mentioned issues, I'm really happy with this macbook pro.

Great upgrade from my 2012 MacBook Pro! Works perfect, awesome processing speed & super crisp graphics. Slim streamlined design & very lightweight. My only regret is that i didn't buy 2.

Very fast, amazing display, great audio and easy to use

This laptop can do it all. Nothing slows it down. It can withstand the ups and downs of a 10 hour workday, its light, and comes with a Touch Bar which allows you to access apps and programs seamlessly. Surprisingly this computer has big and clear sound that can fill a nice size room if you're not careful.

Love this MacBook, it has a beautiful screen and is fast. Would buy nothing but an Apple Laptop.

Fast and very thin. Battery last long time and sound is good. Don't like that it only has type c ports, have to get a multi port for usb, card reader, headphones, ect.

I’m very happy with it. It’s extremely light, thin and very fast. The screen is amazing and definitely recommend a MacBook Pro to anyone looking for a laptop with some power.

I run parallel on this with Windows 10 pro!! Batter goes quick but it is powerful!!

Great computer overall with the discounted price. I try to never buy the newest or best since it depreciates fastest and something newer and better is just around the corner. This over fit my needs and practicality of what I need versus what I want for the price.

This model was heavily discounted because the newer models were replacing it. This is a fantastic deal for this machine! Yeah, it has the hated scissor keyboard, but with how much I saved, I can buy a newbluetooth magic keyboard and magic trackpad and still be more than $1k cheaper than buying the comparable new mac

Great lap top easy to use and super duper fast love it

This computer has handled everything I've thrown at it including run bring multiple Adobe programs simultaneously. With the flash hard drive everything boots up extremely fast and it never bogs down. I highly recommend this to any professional needing some major computing power!

This Mac is a beast. Runs all my programs/stores all my photos and videos/handles my editing perfectly and on a beautiful screen. The keyboard has a great strike when typing and the large trac pad makes moving things a breeze. I haven’t tapped it’s potential yet

Last MacBook I bought was in 2009. It was well outdated so I got this. Most likely won’t need to upgrade this for years. I LOVE APPLE products.

I had a 2017 macbook pro and needed more power. This was the perfect macbook to upgrade to.
