I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase! The MacBook I received is a complete disaster. It arrived with numerous dents all over the body, and it has several technical problems. To make matters worse, it came with the wrong graphics card. I was supposed to get an AMD 5500M, but instead, I got an Intel UHD 630. This isn't just a minor mistake; it's a huge oversight that has wasted my time and caused me to lose a job opportunity. I trusted Best Buy, but clearly, that was a mistake. This experience has been nothing short of infuriating.

First mac that ive owned

First mac so bit of a learning curve on how apple has things structured (which can be frustrating)
Has the intel chip which is compatible with a bunch of software. I use fusion360 for designing 3d print files and video editing is nice.
I like the touch bar for some extra functionality

There‘s been a small dent in the laptop and i got it changed, i had the same issue with the 2nd laptop

Also disappointed. A big regret! I saved up for this and now I am out $909.00. That's a lot for a senior citizen to get nothing in return.

the ironic thing is people buying these machines and not expecting issues. To the person who bought one with intel graphics, you are confused. The MacBook Pro automatically switches to the integrated graphics, and uses the radeon graphics when required. it saves battery life. go to the system report you will see both of them are there. I bought one with the 16gb RAM option and received 32. and the radeon pro is 8 Gb which is also an upgrade.
