Really high quality machine. Is expected from Apple. Runs really smooth and the audio is top notch which verifies some reviews about MacBook Pros. Runs a bit hot so make sure you let it breathe. Screen is sharp and well lit. It's "Certified refurbished" but seems almost like new.

It's good value for the price. It's adequate. I only had it for 6 weeks and the shift button is already stiff and sticky. Beware if you are trying to purchase Applecare+. Apple does not consider this laptop to be an "Apple Certified Refurbished" device. *Quite poor, but average to fair battery life. I am blown away with the condition of this MacBook Pro! It is like a brand new out of the box computer. The only complaint I would have is the quality of the charger it comes with. But with the huge amount of money I saved I was able to get a better charger.

Not as good as I expected. Gets hot after using a while. Battery life not good but as well as expected for used item. But all all it’s handles what I need to do only need more battery life would be good

This a quality laptop. Even though this is an model older it still has plenty of ram and processing since it is a MacBook Pro.

I recently saw this model refurbished from Best Buy for a really good price. Since i am a total tech member i purchased it wirhout any worries because i know Best Buy takes care of their total tech members if the item came delivered and it was damaged or did not work right. The Macbook pro is just as good as buying a brand new one.

I am very happy with the performance of this laptop.

This MacBook is really nice and fast compared to what it's replacing which is 2015 MacBook Pro. It has more space and especially the battery actually last a good while. The touch bar and fingerprint lock are really nice. I also got it a week sooner than anticipated so really happy overall.

The MacBook works great. The only problem is they gave me a used charger that didn’t work

The laptop is beautiful! The cord I received with it was not an Apple cord, and it broke within 24 hours. I took it to the closest store and they exchanged it with an aftermarket charger. Hopefully this one doesn’t break. Brandon told me if there were issues to see him.

Was very surprised and please with this purchase, was in very very good condition. One thing I did find disappointing was on inital operation, random unknown folders would be added to the home screen/desktop. had to wipe the OS and reinstall, since then I have had zero issues and it runs smoothly.

It’s a refurbished item so not expected to be at 100!

I don’t usually take the time for a review, but I was very disappointed in this buy. Refurbished doesn’t mean much anymore I guess. The unit was extremely dirty, the battery is shot, and it comes with a sub par charger from amazon for about $15 it gets very hot. Not to mention it also doesn’t qualify for any warranty which stinks because I pay $200 a year to cover items just not this one. It is $100 over priced from places like OWC and Back Market which both company’s back thier products with very nice warranty’s and I have heard they come with original chargers and have batteries that score over 82%. This one looses 10%to13% every 6 minutes. A good apple battery costs $175 and the charger is another $80. I will be returning this item.

We bought this computer because it was Certified Refurbished. We only had it a month and the battery started failing. A new battery should have been installed as part of the refurbishment. That obviously did not happen. I am extremely disappointed with Best Buy. Do not waste your money buying one of their refurbished computers. The Apple store said it would cost me $700 to replace the battery. I should have just bought a new computer to begin with.
