This MacBook is really nice and fast compared to what it's replacing which is 2015 MacBook Pro. It has more space and especially the battery actually last a good while. The touch bar and fingerprint lock are really nice. I also got it a week sooner than anticipated so really happy overall.

The MacBook works great. The only problem is they gave me a used charger that didn’t work

This a quality laptop. Even though this is an model older it still has plenty of ram and processing since it is a MacBook Pro.

Was very surprised and please with this purchase, was in very very good condition. One thing I did find disappointing was on inital operation, random unknown folders would be added to the home screen/desktop. had to wipe the OS and reinstall, since then I have had zero issues and it runs smoothly.

I am very happy with the performance of this laptop.

I don’t usually take the time for a review, but I was very disappointed in this buy. Refurbished doesn’t mean much anymore I guess. The unit was extremely dirty, the battery is shot, and it comes with a sub par charger from amazon for about $15 it gets very hot. Not to mention it also doesn’t qualify for any warranty which stinks because I pay $200 a year to cover items just not this one. It is $100 over priced from places like OWC and Back Market which both company’s back thier products with very nice warranty’s and I have heard they come with original chargers and have batteries that score over 82%. This one looses 10%to13% every 6 minutes. A good apple battery costs $175 and the charger is another $80. I will be returning this item.

I wasn’t expecting to get a laptop where the battery dies after an hour, but also the Apple logo peeling! And of course a beautiful scratch on the back as well.

The laptop itself is excellent, but they sent an off brand charger that gets hot if you leave connected after 1 hr. I wished they would have sent an original apple charger.

Went from a 2013 Mac to this. It is excellent so far. I was concerned about buying refurbished but am more than happy with my decision. I use it for photography and am happy with my purchase.

Great quality laptop. Purchased refurbished in practically new condition when received. Older model but does everything I need it to and is still very fast.

We bought this computer because it was Certified Refurbished. We only had it a month and the battery started failing. A new battery should have been installed as part of the refurbishment. That obviously did not happen. I am extremely disappointed with Best Buy. Do not waste your money buying one of their refurbished computers. The Apple store said it would cost me $700 to replace the battery. I should have just bought a new computer to begin with.

Came with a few dings and scratches, but that was to be expected. The charger it came with works, but have to have it positioned so it is just right to charge.

It was in great shape and works without a flaw. I will buy refurbished again.

This refurbished MacBook was in pristine condition. Could not tell it had ever been used. Thatnks for selling proucts like this for people who want quality Apple products but may not be able to afford brand new or have to buy multiple products for growing families. Because of this experience, I will look into more refurbished products before purchasing new in the future.

I thought the MacBook Pro was in great shape for Being refurbished. Barely any signs of use. But the price was great too. I just wish it came with an apple charger.

It’s a refurbished item so not expected to be at 100!

I switched to Mac because wanted to try something new, my laptop works perfectly fine for music production and Video editing!

I was a little apprehensive buying the Apple Computer that was cheaper than buying a brand new one, but I’m so glad I did this. Apple Computer met all my needs and then some

The Macbook works nicely. The screen flickers from time to time, but other than that, no issues performance wise. Side note: the charger that came with the laptop stopped working after one charge.
