The laptop was physically pretty clean and scratch free. One ‘ding’ on the lcd screen though. PROBLEM: within a day or so, with absolutely minimal use, the system started crashing after going to ‘sleep.’ Internal kernel errors of some sort - hardware issue. I tried all self-help steps to correct the issue but ended up having to bring it in to the Geek Squad - who turned me away. No help. No guarantees. It has been just over 30 days. Recommendation: do not buy refurbished products from Best Buy. Don’t buy Apple products from anyone other than Apple.

I was a little apprehensive buying the Apple Computer that was cheaper than buying a brand new one, but I’m so glad I did this. Apple Computer met all my needs and then some

Every was good wuth exception of the porf quality charger, ut wasn't the original one. Had to buy a new one 2 weeks after i bought the computer.

Worked well for everything I did. Just last week I fell asleep while it was on and woke up to it not turning on. Not sure what happened.

Arrived one time, undamaged. Very well packaged. I have never had a Mac and i love this one. It doesn’t seem to stay charged as good as I hoped but I love my MacBook Pro.

I'm pretty happy with this laptop. Runs rings around my iMac from 2015 and design programs and Zoom calls launch with ease. No more beachball of doom. It came with a small scratch on the top, and some obvious "shiny spots" from use on the keyboard, but that is not a huge problem for me,

Product was very good. Works as new. Body of laptop was very clean

Didn't think about the weight, or I wouldn't have chosen it, is ridiculously heavy for a laptop.

It’s what I need for production school. I wanted to wait on the review. So far it crashed one time and the charger is dead. Charger isn’t covered under Best Buy total care. I called to see if it was covered. I was told they don’t cover chargers and it’s better to get an apple charger, BUT they put in a aftermarket cheaper version charger. That’s not what’s up nor ok at all.

It came in perfect condition, no scratches or blemishes. I have had it for about a week and I love it!! However the charger is not the actual macbook charger and mine broke quickly but I just bought another charger so no biggy! I highly recommend this!

Love this MacBook, great product, affordable for those looking to save some money or can't buy a new MacBook.

If I could give 100 stars I would .Just like new and great price and know that Best But will stand behind it.

Worked great for school and used it almost every day and never gave me any issues.

When I got the MacBook, I didn’t receive it in the original package which is the box. Also it didn’t come with the original charger and I’ve noticed that the battery doesn’t last up to 10 hours since I constantly have to be charging it during the day.

I was excited for the computer. The reviews were great for refurbished. I got it and everything looks great. The problem, it won’t update and any web page I go onto won’t load. I took to Best Buy geek squad and they currently have it fixing the hard drive. I had to pay $100 for the to diagnose it. I think if it’s refurbished, it should be at least working and I shouldn’t have to pay for it to be fixed as soon as I get it.

Lightweight, fast and reliable. I am really enjoying this computer and all of the features.
