I'm pretty happy with this laptop. Runs rings around my iMac from 2015 and design programs and Zoom calls launch with ease. No more beachball of doom. It came with a small scratch on the top, and some obvious "shiny spots" from use on the keyboard, but that is not a huge problem for me,

It’s what I need for production school. I wanted to wait on the review. So far it crashed one time and the charger is dead. Charger isn’t covered under Best Buy total care. I called to see if it was covered. I was told they don’t cover chargers and it’s better to get an apple charger, BUT they put in a aftermarket cheaper version charger. That’s not what’s up nor ok at all.

Didn't think about the weight, or I wouldn't have chosen it, is ridiculously heavy for a laptop.

It came in perfect condition, no scratches or blemishes. I have had it for about a week and I love it!! However the charger is not the actual macbook charger and mine broke quickly but I just bought another charger so no biggy! I highly recommend this!

Worked great for school and used it almost every day and never gave me any issues.

When I got the MacBook, I didn’t receive it in the original package which is the box. Also it didn’t come with the original charger and I’ve noticed that the battery doesn’t last up to 10 hours since I constantly have to be charging it during the day.

It’s like a brand new Mac. I would buy again. Very fast with plenty of storage.

I got sent a nice laptop that works fine but it came with a faulty non-Apple charger that stopped working after day 1. After meeting with Geek Squad and Apple care, i learned that Best Buy is not an “official” reseller of refurbished MacBooks. Therefore, Apple cannot replace the parts since it wasn’t purchased directly from Apple. Best Buy uses a 3rd party for part replacements and they also do not replace Apple products/parts. So despite having a warranty and AppleCare, i have to buy a $100+ charger. So while you may save money overall compared to buying directly from Apple, it is a bit of a gamble as Best Buy does not screen products as thoroughly as Apple does. So you may spend more money down the line. Luckily the actual laptop itself works fine. But it could’ve easily been the other way around, so be mindful

Super easy con comfortable to use, the touch on the top part of the keyboard make so much easy my work. Battery last a lot and not heavy at all. Price was a deal

While the computer works great for being refurbished and it’s working for all my school work I was disappointed that the description was wrong. It states I would get charger and when it didn’t come with the product, they wanted me to buy one instead of replacing the charger.
