I am extremely impressed with the physical condition. It’s literally almost brand new. There are no scratches on the devices. Battery life is amazing. I can’t believe the price I got this for!!

Buyer beware! The Apple product worked great, until it didn’t. Don’t count on customer service to hold up their end of the purchase either. No one explains the limited warranty that is only good for 2-3 months. If you are one day over, they won’t help you!

I have been meaning to upgrade my wife’s laptop that I dropped a while back and dented it and this one went on sale on time. It’s hard to trust buying a used or refurbished item these days but this one made us very happy. The charger isn’t the Apple one which a lot of people in the comments have mentioned but the one we got hasn’t failed us yet since we bought it. The laptop works great and the screen size upgrade from our other Mac is awesome. The fingerprint unlock is very useful as well as putting in passwords be sometimes be annoying. Over all, we have been very happy with our decision to buy this laptop refurbished rather than buying a brand new one. Holds up its charge very well.

A true price-performance product. The most affordable matchbook you’ll use in your daily life. There may be small scratches on the outside, but they are so minor that they don’t bother you. Lastly, the screen quality is very good. 9/10.

So far no complaint. It has been a great device just as a new one. The fan sometimes makes a sudden noise but that's about it. Check memory and kill unnecessary processes if you're too bothered about it. 4.5/5

The laptop is Simple excellent and Loved it. It was close to new. The seller even shipped me an original apple 96W charger (Subject to availability). I loved the purchase and was within the price budget during this holiday season.

i was apprehensive about buying a refurbished mac. i was not disappointed, mac works and looks great. i got a mac that’s normally higher end at a great price.

So far so good, I’m switching from an hp laptop so I’m still learning, seems like everything works perfect, came looking new no scratches, gets fairly hot when I have certain things plugged in but I guess that’s expected. Overall I’m happy with it.

Everything is awesome with this laptop great packaging , advice you to buy a charger the one comes with it is bad , get hot fast . Anything else is very good

Great laptop battery life is spectacular and price was great.

Seemless, no lag, and connects to other devices easily. Once to go Mac you never go back. The control slider bar makes reviewing and editing videos easily.

no noticeable scuffs or marks from hand distance. looks new and work flawless. love the discount on these Bestbuy refurbished products. always a fan.

this macbook air is exactly what I was looking for.

The box came in and wrapped and sealed yet after a day it started getting hot on the bottom and the speakers are very loud great yet you can tell that one side is giving more sound the the other. I am thinking of asking for a refund but I think I’m past my time so I’m just going to get it looked at from Best Buy and see what they tell me from geek squad . The cord is very long love that yet any slightest move to the cord and the box is flying out the light switch. Everything else is amazing if I could get this things fix I’ll love the laptop.

My granddaughter loves this laptop. It has all the bells and whistles she needs to do her schoolwork. The price was right. The availability was perfect.
