    Out of the box this looked new. Functioned perfectly. Loved the touch bar. With a few months the fan became extremely loud and would get very hot. Then battery would die after 90 min from full charge. Also this was listed as a 2021 model. It is not. 2019. No touchbar on 2021 models. Ao this lasted from April until Aug. Thankfully, it has a one year warranty and BestBuy took great care of me with warranty service.

    Came with dent on the front of the computer. Said they would replace it… Then my replacement was damaged during delivery! Then my replacement was canceled!!
