This is ridiculous. The manager at 2 stores won't get back to me about this .... We are about to call our business account and cancel and file a complaint. This doesn't make any sense.

Keep away from it

The first time I tried to set up the computer, it was XXXX with tiny paper scraps and human hair. The battery is almost out of life, the device is unable to start until charging 20+ mins. ........................... This device makes me so confused about what's difference between refurbished and pre-owned !!
