I am very impressed with the Apple Macbook. It is very intuitive and the look and feel is nice. The disappointment I have is that Apple has yet again switched its connections removing USB for USB-C. This made it a requirement for me to get the $25 adapter. The price is also very high compared to PC laptops but in my past I have owned Macs and they do stand the test of time (physically and OS wise). Other than that minor complaint this is a very nice laptop and I recommend. I was disappointed in Best Buy because I had to pickup via curbside with the pandemic and I didn't see AppleCare was on the purchase. When I spoke with a representative they said my only option was to exchange it and ask for it on the exchanged laptop. I had already spend a couple of days moving files from my older PC laptop so it wasn't an option.

This is my second MAC BOOK PRO. I upgraded to the larger screen and was able to gift the other one to my wife. She never used a Mac product and was not sure even if she wanted to try but only to her surprise she has not be able to put it down. This new Mac Book Pro is amazing. I can continue to make music. Speaker are amazing it sounds like you have your own stereo system. The price is great more so for the ease of transport including it light weight and retractable power cord.

Super fast! I needed a laptop for school due to studying for my Bachelors in Web Design and Development. It’s a little heavy, but the screen size it amazing. I got the MacBook Pro 16” - Processor: 2.3 GHz 8-core Intel i9 - Memory: 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 - Graphics: Intel UHD graphics 630 1536 MB. It’s a lot faster than my iMac and it’s able to with stand every program I run on it smoothly.

Apple has outdone themselves on this one. They finally listened to their customers and gave them what they wanted. Slimmer bezel, which gives more screen size, better keyboard, and they fixed the throttling(overheating and cutting performance)issue with the i9 processor. The screen is beautiful. The extra .6 inches really does help. Ive never been able to game on a laptop because it seemed so hard to focus in with detail on certain games. Playing games on this thing in Boot Camp Windows 10 is just amazing. The battery life is amazing too. If you’re just doing basic browsing this thing holds a very long battery life. Editing videos on it have been great. It almost feels like I’m editing on my desktop with the performance of this laptop. I haven’t really found anything I dislike. I used to dislike that they made the swap to USB-C without adding at least one or two USB-A ports, but there is actually a decent amount of USB-C accessories now and if there’s not then you’ll just have to buy an adapter. If I had to be a super hard critic the only thing else I would complain about is the webcam, but any laptop webcam is going to be terrible. It’s definitely one of the better webcams on a laptop, except for the low light image quality, but that’s not even really a complaint for me personally. I’m glad I finally waited to buy something that was worth buying and not something that had major flaws in it

This computer has been amazing. It offers good performance and I am able to get everything done. Although the the display isn't OLED, it is sharp and is able to display vibrant colors. While the MacBook offers good performance, it gets extremely warm and the fans are noisy. I would recommend placing the laptop on a flat surface to allow better cooling. Apart from the cooling issues, this computer is easy to use and is more then capable.

The touch bar is awesome. I think the larger screen is very nice and I don't really have any complaints. This laptop gets super hot though comparatively to the macbook air that I used to have...to the point it literally can't be on lap. That's not a deal breaker for me since I typically use it at a desk but definitely not used to that happening/being a problem!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Now this is coming from a mac book air mid 2013 owner. Major upgrade. Best buy currently has everyone beat on the price point, so this model is the cheapest you can get. With major updates and functional changes compared to previous models, this is definitely a step up in the game. The Touch Bar has an Esc key next to it, the processor is better cooled at the expense of thinness, and the keyboard is aesthetically quiet when you type. Still has plenty of old features but apple is apple and still comes out with a better design with its newer models. THE SCREEN. I can't get enough of it. Before you buy, explore all options and compare models given this costs a pretty penny. Look at all and consider the specs. ***My school payed for this laptop so I wasn't worried about the price. If you're in the market for a new computer and your stimmy came in early, definitely don't count this model out! Overall truly impressed.

I am replacing an iMac workstation and love the flexibility and capabilities this laptop provides. I was worried the screen would be too small but it’s large enough with superb clarity. It’s fast and has tons of storage. The touch bar provides quick and easy access to numerous capabilities (volume, ...). I use a mouse rather than the touch pad and with an adapter, I have even more connection capability than my workstation did.

I was apprehensive about replacing my desktop with a laptop, but after having it a while, I realize it was a good decision. The MacBook Pro is fast and has a very nice screen. It is also light enough that I take it with me to do homework and am not stuck just at my desk. I had a 1T drive on my desktop and only 512 on this, but since most everything I do is now stored in the cloud, that is not a problem. This is a very nice computer.

By far this is by far one of the best laptops I've ever owned or used. First the display is beautiful. Sharp and outstanding colors. No its not an OLED screen but sure comes close. In fact the difference is hardly noticeable. The track pad is large and very precise. This is the first time I've ever actually enjoyed using a track pad. I may even forgo getting a mouse for it. The keyboard is great, the best I've ever used. Plus there is ample room to place your palms next to the track pad. Very comfortable. Mac OS "Catalina" is really great to work with. I've heard allot of negative about it but don't see the problem. Then again being relatively new to Mac OS I really don't have much to compare it to. I really don't have any comments on the track bar. Not really familiar with it yet. But from the limited usage I've had so far I see this as becoming a very helpful addition to a laptop and sure it will see plenty of use in the future. Oh and the audio. Well its great. Its a laptop so its not perfect. However there isn't another laptop on the market that has the same high quality audio. I'm very satisfied with the build quality of the MacBook Pro. High quality components and fit and finish. Some complain that the look is outdated. I for one love the look. Professional and stylish. I got mine in space gray. I only wish the charger and cord could be the same. The only two complaints I have is the lack of ports and SD Card slot. his was easily remedied by an accessory that gives additional ports and an SD Card slot. And it can be purchased in space gray too. I look forward to having my MacBook Pro for year of great service.

I love this MacBook Pro. It is much faster than my 2012 model. The Touch Bar is handy, however I am reprogramming myself to use it. It was a challenge for me to decide between the 13" and 16" models. But for me, it was the right choice and worth the additional cost. The 16" screen and graphics are brilliant. I'm still navigating and learning how much more I can do with this MacBook. It's a lot of fun, like doing a fast car...

I bought the 15 inch macbook pro recently and had a ton of problems with it. It had overheating issues, logic board failures, and keyboard malfunctions. Apple was really good about repairing it but it costed me a lot of time and stress. In this generation of Macbook Pro, Apple not only fixed all of the issues that were plaguing people for years, but they added a lot more features that they didn't even have to add. I think they went the extra mile on this one and saved a ton of sales they probably lost from people switching over to windows out of frustration. They added amazing speakers, better mic, and bigger screen. Not to mention a graphics card that gamers are saying actually works well with games. I am not a big gamer but it ran Red Dead Redemption 2 on low settings from an SD card via bootcamp no problem. So if you need a productivity laptop that will do gaming on the side, that looks great, feels great to use, and finally got it's reliability star back, go for it.

I always wanted to purchase a MacBook Pro 16 as it’s a very nice computer, The size is just perfect and the speed is great. The speakers are amazing and it’s quite an improvement from the MBP 15. What I love the most is the keyboard, and it feels exactly as the MBP 2015. It’s smooth and is much better than the butterfly keys. The only drawback is that it’s too expensive, but at the same token you are purchasing a premium product.

As said above, this laptop is perfect. With the addition of Microsoft 365 I find this laptop to be farrrrrrrrrr superior to any laptop previously owned. The Mac is simple to use. It’s intuitive, and the 16” screen is a must. The size of the display and the touchbar (which would argue is the best attribute) makes literally every task easier. You’ll feel like the computer was made just for you.

I sold my surface book 2 and got this and I’m SO GLAD I DID! The screen is so big, the computer has no issues keeping up. I absolutely love the Touch Bar. It was weird going to a computer that ISNT touch screen but I don’t care!! No lags and the picture quality is sooo good! The camera is great for meetings (zoom and FaceTime!). Light weight and fits in my rolling backpack (I’m a nursing student!)

I was in desperate need of updating my 2015 MacBook Air. being in grad school and dealing with a multitude of research papers and presentations I needed a laptop with a bigger screen, more memory and a quicker performance overall. Definitely satisfied with this purchase. The only thing I don't like is not having the USB connection already built within the computer, but I'll live.

This is a very fine laptop: easy to configure easy to use and it was a perfect machine for my client who was moving from a small screen tablet to this 16" screen. She has many siblings and is able to use zoom and is even enjoying the tutorials. Its very fast and easy to use and I would recommend it for a non-technical individual (but others may enjoy it as well.)

Whether you’re using the computer for editing photography and video, gaming or even just everyday tasks, this computer is fast and efficient. The screen is really big, yet it’s not that heavy. It fits in bigger sized backpacks so you can still carry it around. It works well for me and I totally suggest it!

This is my first time getting a mac and i can say i have been pleasantly surprised with the performance. I am able to to run docker, multiple intellij instances, a local db all at once without noticing any slowness. Same set of apps on my i7 windows laptop with 16gb ram use to make it very slow.

I had a MacBook Pro with a 13 inch screen. I wanted a larger screen and purchased a MacBook Pro 16 inch screen. I love the larger screen! The computer is thinner and lighter than my old 13" and still feels portable and fits into my same computer case. It was new features and an upgraded processor and increased memory. I am good to go!
