Life time apple user, but made the mistake of leaving Apple for the last computer because I couldn't stand the keyboard and a few other things. I love this machine. The monitor is big enough to be productive anywhere and the keyboard is amazing. I never had the Touch Bar, and I thought it was going to be gimmicky, but it's surprisingly useful. Having a dedicated escape key and a touch ID button also is nice. The inverse T arrow key helps find the keys without looking. Apple finally listen to the user community's feedback! Only minor complaint is that the Thunderbolt ports are a bit too close, so the peripherals may not fit when using multiple devices.

Upgraded from the 13 inch to the 16 inch and love it. Great device, super fast and for such a large laptop, the battery life is pretty good. Definitely recommend

This laptop has an amazing display! Super bright and very clear!! Macbook runs smooth and extremely responsive (no lag). Best speakers I've ever heard on a laptop.

Like many of you reading this, I was in the market for a new laptop. I had always made fun of Macs for the Apple tax but never got around to actually using one for myself. I never thought I would be a Mac user but when I experienced it, my affinity towards windows shifted. The speakers on this device is absolutely incredible. The brightness is really good. Gestures are really responsive and finally, the keyboard feels very solid and tactile. The screen and bezels are a plus since its a 16:10 aspect ratio now. But hands down, you will not find speakers this good on any other laptop out there. 10/10 would recommend.

People complained about the 15" macbook pro. I have to say that then increasing the size was a good idea. Get this thing with at least the i7 processor and you've got a true desktop replacement. Now that Apple is putting Radeon graphics processors in these things allows for a little more than "light" gaming. Apple is still the master of marrying hardware to the OS for a stable, smooth, intuitive computing experience. What do you do if you need Windows here and there? Get a copy of Windows 10 and use Virtual Box (free on line) and load Windows in a Virtual Machine. You'll have the best of both worlds.

It checks all the boxes! Still light weight and easy to handle for this old lady. Great speed! Has clear pixels for editing photos. I like using it for FaceTime.

The brand new, latest generation of the MacBook Pro has arrived with major improvements and upgrades that far exceed the features and benefits of prior models. The screen is bigger with faster video cards, RAM is upgradeable to 64GB, storage can be had from 500GB to 8T and the keyboard is improved with a new key spring architecture and much, much more. Best Bay made this purchase an enjoyable and satisfying experience. Their sales staff busted their chops to make this an optimum buying event for me!

I'm very pleased with the MacBook Pro 16" screen. It's light-weight for it's size. The screen is easy to view, and the processors crank through video editing!

Since the beginning I was a hardcore Windows supporter ... over the past 15 years I have had opportunities to dabble in Macs, but never made the switch. Well ... call it a moment of weakness or clarity ... I finally made the leap. And I am enjoying the speed, feel and power to the point where my Google Pixel Phone is officially on notice. The ease of use and processing power as been game changing for both work and play. Utilizing for online streaming training sessions to graphic design and music projects ... the hype is real.

I have had this item for about a month now and so far so good. I am able to use it as I had intended and that is editing and uploading videos to the web. The large screen has been fun to navigate and what I've always wanted. Now I do kinda wish the Touch Bar were still manual keys for lowering and raising the volume, but it seems I am getting used to the new gestures. It is not perfect by far but no amount of technology really can be considered perfect. I do not like the automatic boot up or turning on of laptop once you have shut completely down from just lifting the screen and I also hate how hard it is to adjust or turn off that feature. Not something you can just turn off in setting. Now I also hate having to by extra accessories for such simple task of inserting micro sd cards or usbs. A lot of Apples devices do that and this is why I am not loyal to only one brand. Experience has been overall pleasing so far.

As with any Apple product, this 16" MacBook Pro is a solid laptop. Using it is extremely smooth. The speed is fantastic. My previous laptop was a 13" MacBook Pro mid 2014 that I really enjoyed using. It's still going strong. I just passed it on to someone else in the family. The speed difference is noticeable, and the 1 Tb ssd is incredible. The main reason for getting an Apple laptop, in my opinion, is that they last forever. We're still using a 17" MacBook Pro we bought in 2007. I highly recommend Apple's 16" MacBook Pro.

I wanted a large display (I miss the old 17-inch MacBook Pros) and a terabyte of storage, so this was the one for me. It's faster in some ways than my 2017 iMac 27, and that touch ID spoiled me in an instant. Still trying to get the whachacallit bar just the way I want it, but the keyboard is nicer than the one on my 13-inch MacBook Pro, which is a welcome improvement. You can buy an adequate Chromebook for one-tenth the price (which I just did), but with the Chromebook the horizon is always in sight. With this MacBook Pro 16, the possibilities seem endless.

Very Smooth computer. I run programs that on other computers would lag, never had a problem with this laptop.

I'm not actually a huge fan of the computer, though that's not Best Buy's fault. The track pad is difficult to click; it's as if there are 2 degrees of clicking with in the track pad, making it difficult to click on things. Best Buy was great at expediting the transfer of files from my old Mac to my new one, (i.e. ~24 hours) with their "Geek Squad" technical support, (which I recommend highly). The computer is super-fast; I can have 75 tabs open for an internet browser and not have issues with the loading speeds. Can also have many programs open at once; I don't like the alternatives for MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint that Apple provides; they are very user "unfriendly" and don't enable many options. I had to buy MS365.

Works great for me as everyday laptop for small business running and internet browsing.

such a great laptop, at least from my experience. As a college student I need something that is good with multitasking and this laptop achieves that with its intel i9 processor and 8GB of ram, which i know isn’t much but for what i’m using it for gets the job done. Not to mention impressive batter life that gets me through the entire day with continual use. All in all i highly recommended this laptop especially with its amazing and hard to beat Best Buy price!

This product works as it should and even better, if you use this for school it’s perfect.
