I bought this computer and it is absolutely amazing and happy with it! It is super fast and easy to use! I have bought other computers but this one is by far the easiest and best to edit,view movies,watch anything and just the screen gives a different vibe. I recommend to buy!

Purchased my first MacBook last month. I am kinda worried if I can learn and be productive in my projects using a Macbook since I've been using windows all my life. The sales associate made me comfortable and explained as many details as possible. Luckily there are built in learning features in the Macbook which until now I'm going thru to learn, also there are free apple classes that I have attended which teached newbie MacBook users like me. I like the retina display of the base model, the details of the images are crisp. With the 16 inch model, it was comfortable for me navigating the keys but I am still adjusting with learning the touchpad. Its an ongoing learning process with my busy schedule exploring my new Macbook but I am happy as of now.

I will say that I did start off by very upset with the process and for what I was being told. I was connected with the front office manager in which I have managed to forget his name. He was amazing he turned everything around for me. He even an extra step in canceling the incorrect email that was provided for my rewards with Best Buy’s. He was very polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He was allowing me to see the confusion because I had two different emails and the system. One of them was just missing one letter. With all of that being said, I do appreciate his knowledge this Customer Service. He did go out of his way and I’m grateful for that. He made me very happy once I left that store so I do want to thank you for all that you did. I do believe his name starts with the letter J. I know that he’s one of the store manager’s. I really wish I could know his name, but he was amazing so please look at my receipt and it was the last transaction. Please give him credit as he so deserves it. He was amazing.

Apple rarely disappoints. this is no exception. I have been extremely pleased and satisfied with the ease of transfer of data and setup of the laptop. Migration is not difficult and performance is outstanding. Pick up from Best Buy was much easier than Apple store.

After using Windows for over 40 years, I decided to look at Apple for a new laptop. I had a good experience buying my 2016 Dell from Best Buy, so started there to decide. I was very pleased with the representative who patiently answered all my questions, etc. I visited the local Apple store with a family member and found it very chaotic to say the least, and decided to go back to Best Buy where the atmosphere was better suited for me. After using the new laptop, I'm very impressed with the Macbook Pro and the ease of learning a new system. I am so glad I had the alternative of making such an important purchase in the environment of a competent representative and reliable vendor. Keep up the good work!

Screen quality, refresh rate and power in this A4 chipped computer can’t be beat. No Microsoft platform can top this guy. Updated with AI and the quick response and awesome battery life really shine through!

I’ve used Apple products all my life and this is nothing like it. This is a very fast computer very slick looking and does everything I needed to do either for personal use for graphic designing or for creativity for YouTube definitely recommend.
