I am coming from a 2019 i9 16inch. I found that laptop was a toxic relationship, great design and thin but ports,heat,and the battery was comparable to a windows laptop. All I can say it that I plan on marrying this computer. If you game get the m2 max but emulators at 4k 60fps is not a problem with the pro. Will I regret getting the m2 pro, probably in the next 3 years but 3nm will be a thing then.

I’m pleased with the overall performance. It’s really fast in comparison to many pc laptops. But it’s also missing a upgraded higher quality front facing camera for the money it should be included. One big negative in my opinion, is that I have a external dual monitor set up. During the process I extended it with a external dock. However I can’t set it up display two different documents because the extended display is mirrored which is problematic for me. I went through all the settings and it’s still not able to do what I need it to do. Apple should release software updates to correct this issue ASAP. I think you’ll probably be better off waiting for the next generation of MacBook Pro to release before buying. Otherwise if you can’t wait, it would probably work out for you.

Great upgrade super fast love screen and capability

This 16 inch MacBook Pro is the best laptop for its money despite its cost being too pricey. I would definitely advise you to get the 1 TB model instead of the 512 GB model since the 512GB only has half the reading and writing speeds. So I would say get this laptop for the money if you can afford it.

This MacBook Pro is all it's made out to be. It's slim, it's sleek and the speeds are incredible. I use this to edit film on Premiere and the rendering for 4k is so fast. I will never go back from Apple. Great buy, great choice! If you buy this MacBook Pro, it won't steer you wrong. Whether you're a beginner or a pro. This Mac's for you!

Amazing computer, battery last a lot. Only charge my computer once a week. For a MacBook Pro, it’s light, the track pad it’s Amazing. It’s my second MacBook Pro, last one is 10 years old, and still works, I can only imagine the amount of years I’ll work with this m2. Build quality is extraordinary, will recommend to anyone who’s never owned one.
