I was hesitant to update my 13 inch MacBook Pro, I’ve grown to love the bar thing above the keyboard. This MacBook doesn’t have it and I didn’t think I would like the bigger size! But I was wrong!!! I am getting so much more done! And I don’t even miss the bar thingy! Great purchase!

This is not on Best Buy, but... In the last 18 years I have never had so much trouble setting up a Mac. This Mac is a Mac Pro M2 Pro - and it was hung up during the initialization phase, when it said a download was available. I waited for hours, and then looked online. Decided to restart, finish the setup, then do the software upgrade. That worked. Nonetheless, it was the worst setup experience, for me, to date. To boot ... I still have to figure out how to undo the "migration" as I was simply trying to restore this Mac from another Mac backup. Now I have two accounts on my own computer under the same name. I feel like I am back in Microsoft land. :)

Bought this open box item at Best Buy and it’s great. It was marked in excellent condition and I’ve had no issues with it. Everything works fine. All my data transferred over easily. Just love working on it. Love doing business with Best Buy.

I could have given it 5 stars but it does not have a regular usb port, I suppose my bad for assuming it would. Everything else is great! Love it!

Im just getting to understand my macbook it took me a while i use it for my music but it was totally different from using my pc and by playing with it every chance i get it became much easier.

I’ve had this Mac for a year now and it’s amazing. Best purchases I’ve made in years for work. The staff was very helpful and I would definitely buy from Best Buy again asap!!

I’ve used this computer daily since I bought it and it’s never skipped a beat.

This MacBook I purchased was thankfully in stock (just one last item!) And I'm glad I was able to get it in time for college. It's one of the best purchases I've ever made in tech especially because I need it for college.

I use it to edit concert photography in adobe camera raw editor, handles it like a champ. The real test will be when I use it for video editing in adobe premiere, but from what I've read they handle that just as easily.
