I love my Mac! Wouldn’t use anything but an Apple product!

Exactly what I needed to replace my old, broken MacBook Pro.

I hesitated to post a review because I am just an average user and purchasing a computer that far exceeds my abilities would be considered a foolish thing to do when a MacBook Air would probably meet my every need. However, since this will be the last computer I ever purchase I decided to go for the gold. I wanted a laptop with a big screen that had plenty of ram and drive capacity and I am so glad that I bought this computer because it is so easy to use and faster than greased lightning. Because it far exceeds my capabilities, I have decided to expand my skills and do as much as I can with to increase my capabilities. Because my last laptop was a 13 inch MacBook Pro, it took awhile to adjust to how big my new one is and I sometimes find it difficult to get used to a keyboard that is quite a distance from the front of the computer. I didn't like that at first, but now I like that I can rest my hands on the great expanse of metal that is in front of the keyboard. If you can afford this computer, I would suggest you buy it regardless of your capabilities because it is a joy to use. Also, the speaker system is incredible. I sometimes watch CBS tv shows on my computer when I miss them at their regular time and the audio and video are incredible. To those of you who are exceptionally skilled I apologize for posting such a simplistic, useless review, but I thought there might be someone out there who aren't computer experts that my find my review helpful. On the other hand, I figured if Best Buy finds this review useless they won't post it.

This was a replacement for my MacBook Pro 13. I wanted something with a larger screen. Wow, well worth the switch.I received t a fantastic trade in. However 1st. this is a fantastic machine. Great display, love the keyboard, runs extremely fast. Can't say enough positive. I backed it with an apple care. Paid and picked up it was ready and waiting for me :). p.s battery life is amazing.

We researched a long time for a new laptop. The ability to run all our software. My wife does photography on the side. Its ease of use and integration is fantastic. She uses Photoshop, Lightroom and all the other programs. It runs them like a champ. The price is higher than a normal PC. But you can't beat the quality. If you have a Bluetooth accessories you don't need the USB adapter for them. We use Logitech and they work great with it. It only has USB-C ports, so I would recommend an adapter if you need to use the larger USB plug in. The battery last all day, even using software that takes a lot of resources to run them. The screen is so clear. You can really focus on your RAW pictures.

This is the best computer I have EVER owned. Including pcs and laptops. This is a perfect computer for everyday use , but is also a great computer for programming. The M2 chips makes it so that compiling code , almost seems instant. The speakers sounds so nice and clear and also have quite a bit of bass to them, and the screen is BEAUTIFUL. This laptop is pretty heavy at about 5 lbs , BUT it is worth every penny if you need something that will last a very long time. Good job Apple. Purchased this MacBook Pro as a replacement for my older windows based laptop that was ridiculously slow and sluggish. I was initially looking at other computer models because of the price but I eventually went with the MacBook Pro with the new M2 Pro chip. After using the laptop for over a week. I am extremely satisfied. The performance alone is amazing. Every program or app loads extremely fast. I can have 10 different apps running with no performance lag. Also the display and speakers for a laptop is just awesome. All of this and the batter has been lasting me for 2 days before needing to be recharged. Overall I’m very satisfied with the new MacBook pros

Very capable computer. Powerful operating system and with the M2 Pro chip, 16 GB Memory and 1 TB SSD Drive, this MacBook Pro is very fast. The 1 TB SSD has plenty of storage. The graphics are high definition and are beautiful. I'm using Parallels to run Windows 11 in a virtual machine giving me the versatility of having both a Mac OS and the Windows OS on this single platform allowing me to access and benefit from their respective productivity programs and applications. I also use this MacBook for both Mac and Windows gaming. Compatible games run well on their respective OS and and have very good graphics.

So fast and efficient! The battery life is impressive and it charges quickly! Absolutely blown away by the clarity of the screen and ease of use.

In truth, I was skeptical about getting not only a new MacBook Pro 16" (with Sonoma) 'and' with a whole new chipset - (M2 Pro). But, I am very pleased so far! Bullet proof performance, no app crashes and this rig is very, very fast...

I’m a traveling photographer, and I needed a computer that would have a good battery life, screen, and could handle advanced programs like Photoshop and Premiere Pro. This MacBook handles it all and then some! The screen is absolutely phenomenal and shows the smallest details. It’s fast, powerful, and the battery lasts all day long. It also feels solid in hand, and I know it will last for a long time. Plus, Apple offers a phenomenal protection program so I travel with peace of mind. Highly recommended!

This laptop is very fast, and I’m referring to both processor and Wi-Fi speed, and the battery life is amazing. The screen display is impressive and the brightness is the best I’ve seen on a laptop, very helpful if you’re outside on a sunny day. The largest MacBook Pro does result in a heavier laptop, but I don’t travel as much as I used to. If I was a road warrior, I’d probably go with the smaller device.

Lightning fast. Beautiful screen. Expensive, but it's a MacBook Pro and should last a long time. It replaced my old 15" Retina 2013 MBP which was still working great, but I could no longer update the OS so I had to replace it. Hopefully this one will last 9-10 years too, in which case the $2,500 I dropped on it will be worth it. Best Buy had a promo when I ordered it so I got a $100 BB gift card to pre-order the MacBook so it made it the best deal around.

I had the old mac book pro 13” which it still has no problems. I just wanted to upgrade for a newer one. First thought 16” will be too big but the weight and the size is almost same as my old 13”. The only difference is the screen size. This laptop is fast and display quality is awesome. This is the best laptop outhere.

I am a professional media producer...video, audio, documentaries... this computer handles 4k-8K video ...Professional Audio Premiere Pro & DaVinci 18 plus color correction, Logic X pro with a load of plugins, Native Instruments,Waves, IK media, Scaler 2, Toontracks, Reason,Blender,Dragon Frame, Photoshop, Topaz Video Ai, Audition, Helicon Focus, Helicon 3dViewer... It's a beast... 16gb Memory has been enough so far....Screen is a thing of beauty.... Keyboard is butter....the track pad still awful... get a good track ball if you are a power user.. Yes It costs as much a pretty good used car... Is it worth it...Yep!
