One of the best laptop ever. I had xps before but there were so many issue with it. SSD not working, screen flickering, every time dell support will come fix it. With M2 chip it’s crazy fast. It’s like click and open. No need to wait. It’s super light, super fast, super responsive, brighter, battery last for weeks , no worries for viruses and Microsoft updates. It’s like relaxing ur self and not stressing out. I bought myself MacBook Pro my wife pro and now I am joined the MacBook club

Cons: Controversial Touch Bar Removal: Apple's decision to remove the Touch Bar in this edition is a polarizing move. This MacBook is used for business, its super fast, the screen is amazing. Oh... and the battery life, goes on and on, almost 20 hours on a charge !

The 16" MacBook Pro isn't cheap by any means...even open box it was over $1800...BUT...if you're gonna spend $1300 on a M2 MacBook Air, an additional $600 to jump up to the 16" MacBook Pro M2 I'd argue is worth it. The processor is more powerful....(M2 Pro)...the screen isn't only larger...but it's much clearer, 120hz ProMotion Display, much better sound, not to mention all the additional ports of the Pro models. I got mine for just over $1800 and it's a $2499 laptop. Is I thought that was a pretty good discount. I use this MacBook Pro for professional work (photo editing), so I figured I could justify the expense. Only issue I had was not with the actual laptop, but the condition when I picked it up (Strongsville, OH location). The screen was VERY dirty with multiple greasy smudges on it, and there was some grease or something on the frame of the laptop (screen lid). I realize it's not new, but at the same time, someone should have went over it and at least cleaned it up a little bit. I had to ask the clerk to clean it up just to make sure it wasn't scratched before I actually bought it. Once I got it home, I cleaned it up better, and I'd have to say it was about 98% the same as a brand new one. It also came in the original box, which was nice. Overall, very happy. I like to get the most bang for the buck with whatever I buy...

This laptop is really nice, but if you use this for heavy work I would go with the 1tb model. The 512gb ssd is slower. it is still faster than most but about half the speed of the 1tb model. Other than that it is an amazing laptop. The screen is second to none. HDR video looks better than my Sony oled. I ended up swapping for the M2 1tb model. If I could do it all over again, I would have bought the M1 Max model as they were discounted at the time. I do not think I will ever buy a windows laptop ever again. Mac is just better in my opinion. You will not be disappointed with any of the MacBook Pro models

I'm going to give this Mac a 5 star because it's "easy" to use for a seasoned older woman whom is just learning to use electronics again. I'm a little concerned that I'll need to learn how to move files to a storage unit. But will deal with that concern when the time comes. Other than that...this Mac is awesome to learn and very quick, but I have nothing on it yet. hahaha I use it mostly for my Zoom classes and it does the job.

My 2018 MacBook Pro broke very unexpectedly, and I needed to get a new one for work. I was very upset about mine breaking and did not want to put out that much money without seeing if my old one could get fixed. For work purposes, I didn't have much of a choice. I absolutely love this! the battery life is amazing and display is extremely vivid and bright. I ended up getting my old one fixed, but still kept this just because of the battery life and screen alone! highly recommended .

A fantastic engineering feat from Apple, incedible build quality with a solid block of polished aluminum, bright 3k screen, responsive backlit keyboard and a trackpad that is the best in the business, fast M2 Pro processor that can handle anything, extremely satisfied.

I have had the computer for about a month now. I do photography and edit large quantity as well as have multiple programs running at the same time. Solid computer, runs very fast with all of my programs going, great sound for music and the screen quality is incredible. Vibrant colors. Love the 16 inch screen.

I had to get the 12-core M2 PRO chip! If i had to choose more storage or better processors, Id definitely go with better processors! That’s why I made this choice! Professional Filming & Music is why I went with the better processor vs more storage. I can always use an external for my files and only use the internal storage for applications. If you’re not doing Hollywood grade video editing and hollywood grade music then the lower processor is still more powerful than most Windows computers. I also have six speaker sound system in my computer where most laptops only have two. Also a full 1080p hd facetime webcam where many computers are only giving you 720p or less. Backlit keyboard, fingerprint reader, 3 thunderbolt 4 ports, 16.2” Liquid Retina XDR display with ProMotion Technology and so much more.

I just got this MacBook M2 Pro chip to replace my 2012 MacBook Pro and I am in love! This Mac is a powerhouse and lightning fast. So glad I finally upgraded. The display is gorgeous as well.

This is the best MacBook that you can buy. The screen is stunning, the speakers can't be beat by any other laptop. Keyboard is fantastic, trackpad is the best of any laptop. Ports are great! Battery life is unbeatable, nearly 15-16 hours of "real" usage for my workloads.
