Specifically for an open box "excellent condition" purchase. They define excellent condition as "a product is like new, with no physical flaws, and includes all original parts and accessories." I received the laptop in a taped up Best Buy box. No original Apple box, no charger, manual, accessories, ect. Nothing. I took it out and noticed 2 large blemishes (one running the entire length of the lid and the other running the entire length of the bottom). They were permanents marks too. They would not wipe/buff out. Once I opened the laptop, I saw finger marks all over the screen, dust everywhere, and smudges on the right and left of the track pad. It was obvious this was a display model that wasn't in excellent condition. Even the battery life didn't seem as strong as it should've been for a like-new product. I ended up returning the laptop the next day. Very disappointed with this experience
